Michael's place was a great place to stay! It was peaceful and private with beautiful horses and deer! Although, we didn't see any cows from the pictures. The place was clean and had everything in the pictures. Check in was smooth and check out included simple instructions- just know you'll have to take any trash with you. We will definitely plan to stay again.

NANNY'S NOOK a place full of peacefulness

The Nanny’s Nook is a wonderful place to stay at. The stream behind the house is very convenient for fishing. The kids caught a lot of fish and even the adults had a chance to catch some too. Lol. The neighbor was super kind. He even brought us over firewood. This is our second time back to the Nanny’s Nook and it won’t be our last. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and being so responsive.

Beautiful, clean and cozy. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were able to walk to a variety of places to eat and shop. Kane is a great town and Emily’s Airbnb allowed us to enjoy it all while also enjoying the space! We will be back.

Olga's Upstairs II (Apartment near Cherry Springs)

The apartment was perfect base place for a few days exploring the Coudersport area. It was a warm place to return to rejuvenate after exploring in the cold weather. John and Olga provided us with suggestions for things to do and were quickly responsive when needs arose. Olga even patiently assisted me in my decision- making in her yarn store. So many options and it was hard for me to stay focused used. Thanks Olga! It was a pleasure meeting them and I look forward to returning to Coudersport to view more stars and all that it has to offer.

Charming town & country home with ample parking

Had a pleasant stay. Was in the area for some outdoor recreation. Place had everything we needed. Made breakfast in the morning and hit some of the local eateries for dinner. Good cell service and WiFi. Close to town but far enough away. TV worked great and the beds were comfortable. A great little place w a lot of nice touches. Glad we made the choice to stay there.

Southwoods Lodge

This was our second time staying at the Southwoods Lodge and we will surely come back again as we have family in the area. The lodge provides everything we needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of room to spread out and sit under the covered porch. A clean, comfortable home in a remote location, perfect for stargazing. We were looking for a place that was close to Cherry Springs State Park, and this was definitely a great choice. The house has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, but did not feel too big. The patio offered a clear view of the sky, and wood was available to use in the outdoor fireplace. Use caution if traveling here in winter, as a lot of surrounding areas are snow-covered and icy. As others have mentioned, please follow the directions that the host provides and do NOT rely on GPS. We downloaded the Google offline maps ahead of time for the area, but followed GPS and ended up on some slippery, unmaintained roads. The host provides instructions that keep you on paved roads the entire way.

This place is totally one of a kind! We needed a place to stay for Groundhog Day (down the road In Punxsutawney) and the Presidential Caboose more than exceeded our expectations! It was not only unique and gorgeous, but our host was always friendly and super responsive in her communications with me via the app. We had dinner at the conveniently-located Angry Goat right on the same campus which was very nice and kept us from having to drive anywhere after our long day of travel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This was our second year staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first. The home is spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the location is ideal and peaceful, yet close to everything. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a true home away from home, but this one nails it. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Had a great stay at the Snow Drop Inn. A perfect little place nestled in the hills of Potter County. The place met our expectations and had everything we needed for our getaway. Felt right at home the second we walked in. WiFi worked great as well. Peace and quiet…so nice and cozy inside. Will definitely book again.

Note: I can sleep through anything, so I didn't knock off stars for it, but if you're sensitive to road noise, know that the head of the bed is maybe 30 feet off US-6, which gets heavy truck traffic. That said, it's also a great location, right around the corner from Coudersport's quaint downtown. Clean, enough space for two. Enough kitchen supplies for basic cooking. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Take your slippers if you're there in winter, because the house is built on a slab, which gets quite cold (but at least there are enough rugs that you only really notice it in the kitchen).

Such a peaceful and relaxing trip! Fell in love with this quaint and cozy cabin! Did a lot of cooking and I really appreciated all of the cookware provided. Also loved the DVDS and books provided! Stayed during a cloudy weekend but the forecast called for one clear hour around 2am - thanks to the clearing out back we were able to enjoy a gorgeous view rolling right out of bed!!! Would definitely return!
