Our stay was great. The host is excellent to communicate with and the check in person was very friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions for dining options and the local trains and towns. We enjoyed the complimentary prosecco and nibbles on the terrace at check in. Our room included a multi USB plug and this was our only stay in Italy (4 weeks) that had the option to keep your towels or leave them on the floor for fresh ones.

This place is phenomenal! We only stayed one night, but it was one of the best nights of our trip, and I'm not sure we'll beat it. This is a well curated home, with so many beautiful details and so much care taken to ensure guests feel comfortable. The spa and sauna made it feel like an oasis in the countryside, and I would highly recommend staying in this magical location!

This location was perfectly situated, very central and absolutely loved the room too. It was very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and lots of natural light. The host was also extremely helpful and gave lots of local recommendations. I really enjoyed this stay and it made my birthday very special!! I would definitely stay here again and hopefully longer than just one night! I had wished we spent more time in this Airbnb and this city!

I had a nice stay here. I booked same day and Alessia was very responsive and provided detailed instruction for getting there and self check in. The room is very stylish, and private but part of a suite (I didn’t fully get that when I initially booked). With a small suitcase it definitely felt like a bit of a trek to get there, certainly manageable, especially with the public lifts, but something to keep in mind. Depending on what your plans are in the area, very close to the Main Street and not far from the train station.

Davide was the consummate host while we were in Cinque Terre. Always helpful, suggesting and booking restaurants or making us cappuccinos every morning. The room was spotless and every detail attended to. We stayed in Relax 2 and while it was a small room with a baby, it’s perfect for two people. We would definitely stay with Davide again!

Could not recommend more!! We recently stayed at this charming bed and breakfast as part of our engagement story, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place was incredibly clean, and Valentina and Paula went above and beyond to be accommodating. The home-like vibe made it feel so cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast during our stay, which added to the overall wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back!

Hotel Ermellina is a little slice of heaven just outside Modena. The rooms are beautiful, the photos don’t do them justice, and all the amenities are very thoughtful. Francesca and her husband are so sweet - I would come back in a heartbeat.
