Villa vacation rentals in Emerald Beach

Our extended family of 10 people fit easily in this house without feeling cramped. It has a really beautiful view and it’s a short walk to a very cute little beach. It was kid friendly. The coffee beans and coffee machine are a lovely touch. We would stay here again for sure.

This was our second stay at Leesa's place. As before, everything was well thought out and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The unit is close to the beach and shops with lovely walks close by. We hope to return.

Great coffee machine, Foxtel, pool etc. Has all the mod cons and very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to returning to sapphire beach.

Leesa and Mark are very easy to communicate with, and they respond promptly. The host Leesa was patient, accommodating our needs by adjusting the reservation and provided a lot of valuable advice. The design of the house is very simple, yet thoughtful, with many Chinese elements incorporated throughout, which we absolutely loved. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Great spot, even with 3 young kids. Very neat and clean. Good value for a family. Aircons in every room are also great!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

Had a fantastic time with the family. The house was spacious and clean, kitchen was huge, and the location was amazing. Kids loved playing in the pool and spa, and the putt putt was a hit! The host and owner were incredibly responsive. One of the tv's would not work, Monique was advised of the issue and the tv was replaced that same day. This is our second year in a row with the same host and we couldn't be happier with the service.

We spent a wonderful four nights here with our 5-year-old daughter. The property looks exactly like the photographs, and it was incredibly clean, well-appointed and private. The weather was amazing, so we made full use of the well-appointed, cozy outdoor area and spent lots of time on the sun loungers and in the fantastic pool. The location was great with the beaches and main attractions only a short drive away, and the supermarket was within walking distance. Our communication with the agency managing the property was great, they provided very clear instructions on location and access to the property. We also met one of the owners on the day that we departed who was very warm and friendly. For a chilled weekend away in NSW - I would highly recommend this property.

This destination is an absolute gem. Easy check in, easy check out. Suited my time of arrival perfectly. So close to the beach which is beautiful. Amenities were clean and well maintained. Can't fault this location would definatly recommend to friends. Will stay again.

Loved this place, perfect set up and location for our family holiday. Views are 10/10, location is perfect, walking distance to look out one way, short walk to shops and restaurants the other way. Bonville golf course 5min drive away. Loved it, will book again
