Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ellicottville

We had a wonderful time in Ellicottville! Katie was very accommodating in getting early access, and she had everything ready for us! Great place and experience!! Look forward to going back again!

The host was absolutely wonderful, all of our extended family agreed from the first night that this was going to be an annual trip! The location was cozy, inviting, and peaceful. From the ski amenities, less than 10 minutes away to the large assortment of board games and accommodation, this is definitely a five star stay! Cannot wait to return next year!

Mike and Sarah's place was perfect for our annual Friendsgiving trip! It was clean and spacious for the multiple families we had! We even had some deer visitors hang out in the backyard all day on day two! The kids enjoyed the openness to be able to play while the adults enjoyed the comfy couches and roomy kitchen! We made an entire Thanksgiving meal here, so take note that while the kitchen is fully equipped with what you might need, there are no larger pots! Not a big deal, we just used multiple. We also felt as though it may not be all that walkable if you have littles and in colder weather! The guys walked back from town without issue though! So everyone's version of "walkable" differs. There was ample driveway space to park cars. Everything was clearly communicated and the hosts are very responsive! We will absolutely stay here again in the future. Thanks so much!

Very clean and nicely appointed house. Good location if heading to St. Bonaventure. Plenty of safe parking and easy to access house. Communication was helpful and timely.

Felt right at home at Molbrick Manor. A space for 13 adults/children did not disappoint. The large yard was a plus for the kiddos to run around. The game area was also a big hit. Close to town and a short drive to pumpkinville!

Robin and Dave are great hosts. They made me feel welcomed and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Their communication was excellent.

Got lucky and found this gem of a location. 20 minute walk from the center of ellicotville. Molly was super responsive and very kind. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

We had about given up on AirBnb after our last couple of experiences but Mitch’s place renewed our faith in the service. The place was super comfortable and Mitch was responsive when we had questions. The town was also fun to explore when we were not spending time with family. Having access to laundry facilities was a huge bonus since we were only spending the first half of our NY trip in Olean. Everything about the place was nice: dishes, appliances, furniture, covered porch (which gave us a comfortable spot to watch the snow!). We will definitely be trying to book this place the next time we are in the area. Thanks Mitch!

Susan’s place met all our expectations. Easy to find, even though out in country, great lighting for after dark. Susan was quick to respond to all inquiries. She left us brochures and restaurant suggestions. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The home is convenient to Ellicottville restaurants and shops (super cute downtown). Highly recommend! (And we hope to be back!)

The property is exactly as described…working farm house on beautiful and quiet property. Deer, fox, turkeys, pheasant, cattle and bulls, fishing, kayaking…rolling hills and beautiful farmland. We couldn’t have found a better place…20 minutes from town and skiing/mountain biking, yet still quiet and secluded. Away from the hustle and bustle…We are traditionally city folk but this couldn’t be more perfect. If you want quick carry out, loud bars and fast food…this isn’t the place. We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. If you want peace, tranquility, and a beautiful farm house, this is your place. We are in construction and travel extensively…this has been our favorite hands down!

Perfect getaway location, it was super cute and cozy, Tim left the heat & light on for us since we were coming at night, we had a great weekend!

It was such a comfortable environment and was the perfect getaway for a small girl’s weekend! The kitchen was amazing for all of our meals and the living room was great for relaxing along with lots of laughs!

My group loved staying here. There was a mix up on my side with check in dates and the owner was so nice to work with and extremely accommodating with the mix up.

This air bnb was a half way point for families on a holiday and it worked out well. Stocked kitchen Fun play room The house overall is a bit outdated, but has cute touches here and there. Overall - great stay with lots to keep the kids occupied. They allow dogs which was so great for us. What is not totally clear in the pictures- one of the full bathrooms and the Queen (or king I forget) size bed is up the spiral staircase and some may feel apprehensive going up and down during their whole stay. The hot tub was dumped and refilled before we arrived, however, it was ice cold when we got there so we were unable to use it for the first 24 hours of our stay. Communication with David is really great.

A beautiful home with great views, amazing amenities and furnishings, and very close to other activities. Abbey was very nice and accommodated me and my group with an early check in and late check out. The only complaints I have is of the funky smelling water (most likely because it’s well water) and a girl I went with woke up with bed bug bites. It’s a great place for the family or friends!

We enjoyed a wonderful romantic weekend “snowed in” from a recent blast of winter from Lake Erie. Kim & Vicki really made us feel at home, from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a thoughtful card and tasty lemon cookies (one for our pup too!). V&K offered us the option to stay another night because of the storm (so we could travel safely) and even offered us some snow saucers and directions to the trails to enjoy when the sun came out, but we truly enjoyed only going outside for short dog walks/runs and spent most of our days relaxing, watching movies, cooking, and playing games (some we brought and lots they had). The cabin was warm, inviting and feels way bigger than the pictures. We are very excited to plan a trip back to enjoy the beautiful property with our kids, when the weather is a little warmer! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your cabin and for all your generosity Vicki and Kim 💜

This place is truly one of a kind. My boyfriend and I can’t stop talking about our experience at this cabin. We wanted a place that was peaceful, and that’s exactly what we experienced. The cabin was quaint and cozy. It provided all the amenities you need for a glamping trip. The entire cabin was spotlessly clean and tidy. The wood fireplace was our favorite feature of the cabin. Tess provided excellent directions on use and how to keep the cabin warm and cozy. Tess provided a book full of activities and places to visit, shop, and eat. We stuck to the nature suggestions but made note of the others for the future visits. We brought our dog along, as well. Tess kindly provided a bed, towels for muddy paws and some treats for the pup. We are trying to find another long weekend, so we can book this cabin again.
