Vacation rentals with a patio in Ellenbrook

Enjoyed this small suite within walking distance of the CBD. A hiccup during check in due to the city closing off streets for the Cycling Nationals but Gus was responsive during that little crisis. The suite is well equipped and lots of complimentary extras like; 2 bottles of wine (red and white) lots of jams and jellies etc and snacks. A Brita water filter was handy and ice cubes ready to go in the freezer. The bed has a very firm mattress which we enjoyed as we both have dodgy backs. The suite is right by the elevator so it’s a little noisy at times but that clears up pretty quickly. We didn’t have any trouble parking our car each night as there was plenty of room in the car park. Gus communicated a lot. I suspect he has a program that sends out prescribed texts, but he was always responsive within a few minutes. He very kindly gave us extra time at check out as our flight was a late evening one. Very positive experience and highly recommended by us

Claire’s place was an absolute Gem! The location was perfect, right across from a gorgeous park. The perfect place to have a picnic at sunset! Amenities were neat, clean and as described. Unit was super quiet and a short and lovely stroll into Fremantle. Thank you for being a fabulous host and with such easy directions we had a pleasant stay.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The location of the apartment is super convenient. Easy to walk everywhere including the beach for lovely swims. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay made easy by Jessica’s prompt communication. Also the apartment has a secure parking space which was really useful as parking on the street was tricky. We have just enjoyed a lovely short stay here. We really loved the French vibe of the flat with its unique and individual decor, spiral staircase and the verdant leafy garden. We also really enjoyed being in the South Fremantle area generally, there are a lot of really nice cafes for coffee and restaurants for meals out in South Street within very easy walking distance . South Beach is just down the road and others are close by. We also walked to the picturesque Fremantle harbour area too.. more restaurants and bars , and only a couple of Ks each way. Carol + Steve are excellent hosts, and really nice ! Everything you need is there and if something is needed then you would only have to ask them. We never met the cats ! ☹️

This unit is right on the picturesque marina, a short walk to the amazing beach and a shorter walk to the pub, restaurants and lovely little shops. Inside the unit it was complete with kitchen, laundry and a big comfy bed and pull out lounge. A really lovely all round unit that I'd highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Rod’s place. The location was excellent for venturing into the city. We loved the outlook and viewing the birds on the lake. The pool was great to cool off in. It’s a great size for a small family and had extras like pool toys, tennis racquets and a few games. Many thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is in excellent condition, spacious for its size, excellent kitchen and laundry. Overall a real gem.

Absolutely beautiful and homely decor, esp the patio and the potted plants. Felt like a home and nestled within a tranquil neighbourhood

Nadia's place was extremely clean and very comfortable. Nice neighbourhood and location too. We did find the unit block a bit strange, some of the other terraces seemed abandoned. Overall great experience though.

Very clean house in fantastic location. Accepts pets which is what we needed. Rowena is great with communication and check-in was so easy. My husband and I stayed with two adult children over Christmas and the Xmas tree was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Lovely home. Very spacious and comfortable. Great deck at the back to relax on. Close to transport and shops. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Nangs place was awesome, had everything I needed so I can chill on my week off. Even the small things like having some laundry powder and toilet paper so I didn’t have to go buy some just for a few days stay really helped make settling in easier. Loved the blackout shutters 👍 She let me check in early which was a lifesaver since I just flew in from work and was exhausted. Honestly was a perfect stay and can’t recommend enough, thanks.

We stayed in Hillary’s-beautiful house and outdoor area.Pool was medium sized not huge but the space was amazing.On the more expensive end but house had lots of room big bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. Host seemed nice and responsive Would Highly Recommend very close to the beach and the people around are lovely

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended, cozy house, clean and tidy, everything is perfect. Claire is a fantastic host. It's easy to communicate with her. To a foreigner whose English is not very good, she always understands what I mean. You can enjoy the lake and birds opposite the house, nice view.

Jeanie is super friendly! The room is clean and the decor made the space very homely and inviting. She allowed access to the kitchen which was helpful, too. The train station is a stone's throw away which is good because there isn't much to do or many eating options around but it was easy to train into the city or elsewhere.

I appreciated Anita’s friendly open manner and enjoyed every aspect of staying in her home.

Amazing location and very well equipped apartment. It was perfect for our weekend away and close to family. We were able to explore Fremantle as everything was in walking distance. There were so many choices of eating places also within walking distance. The apartment had beach towels, plenty of room for all guests and it was very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and look forward to staying again.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.
