Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Elko County

This was an amazing spot at the foot of the Ruby Mts. With so much beautiful nature right out the back door. Will hopefully pass this way again and will definitely sty here again if we do.

Great location for the area.

It's a homey modular home in the Sho-Pai reservation, somewhat dated. The only problem was the Internet, hence TV wasn't working - we got the "connected, no internet" message which usually means the ISP is having problems beyond our control. The place was comfy, esp the no-shoes living room. Most everything was functional, though not brand new. I enjoyed it and esp being close to fishing was very nice. Note the small town itself has little in the way of amenities, so bring your groceries when you come.

The location is very central, everything I wanted to do or needed to get done was about 5 minutes away. Host provided plenty of extras in the residence and was corgual, kept me updated on things such as local alerts from neighborhood watch.

Perfect place to stay for a wedding in the area. Great place to stay for exploring the Ruby Mountains. Very clean.

This was such a great little stop in on our holiday road trip! The bed was comfy and the little yard was perfect for letting our dogs out in the morning.

Wow wow wow — what a great place! I was a bit worried about the dirt road but we came during the day and took it slow in our Kia Nero front wheel drive. It does take 40 min from the main road but it’s so dang beautiful it flys right by. The yurt was clean and peaceful. The animals and stars were just incredible. The kitchen and shower area were well stocked and the Porto was very clean. Things to keep in mind — this is essentially camping. You’ll need to manage things like water and electricity consumption, there was more than enough for us. Make sure you have everything you need for the evening as the drive back to town takes about an hour. Any wet weather would have made driving with our car very difficult, but with clear skies it wasn’t an issue. Print out and review directions ahead of time. Basically — treat this as the off grid adventure it’s advertised as and you’ll have a great time. Thank you Shannon, Rob, and Scout!

Had a great stay here! Just stayed one night, would love to come back and stay longer and explore the area. Definitely recommend. Excellent view.

Host was available -sending communication if guests needed anything. Living quarters very cozy and clean and warm.
