Incredibly beautiful in terms of its thoughtful design, spacious layout and modern architecture. Almost every room benefits from breathtaking sea views and the terrace is the best spot to watch the sunset go down. Loved all the extra touches from binoculars to a vinyl lp player with a selection of classic records. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beach gear was much appreciated. Excellent communication and flexibility from a wonderful host.

This place was fantastic!! I travel several times a month and this is by far the most accommodating. Definitely recommend this home for two people.

Excellent property in a private location - with access to a community beach (which was practically private for us with nobody else in sight). The patio and backyard is wonderfully made with plenty of sitting area. Cody has stocked up everything fathomable - insect repellants, patio lights, games, fishing rods, snorkeling gear, etc. The kitchen and living room area is quite large, with tons of walking space. We had the most wonderful time staying at Cody's place. Wish our stay in Eleuthera was longer for us to enjoy (Cody was kind enough to extend our checkout time by a few hours for us to make the most of this place).

Mark nailed offering the perfect Bahamian bungalow that was easy to find, enjoyable to stay in and set up with cold AC and all the amenities. Icing on the cake is the golf cart Mark provided. Great job Mark!

HIGHLY recommend Kathy's home! It was the perfect home base for a getaway to the island! The views are spectacular, and the property is located in a quaint, private neighborhood. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need (and more) and Kathy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Wallace (the property caretaker) was great and a good resource when exploring the island.

Monkey Beach was better than expected. You really feel like you are set away from it all, with the ocean extending to the horizon. We were able to achieve some true relaxation. The cottage has plenty of windows to watch the sun come up but also thick curtains for deep sleep. I snorkeled nearly every day just in front of the cottage. We also took advantage of the sand beach only a few minutes down the beach road. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked a lot, taking advantage of various utensils. You should rent a durable vehicle with some clearance under the vehicle to navigate the roads leading to the beach. A small price to pay for the stay in paradise.

I wish I could rate Jessica and Watercolor low to keep them to myself, but that is impossible. Best house, best location, best host - we had an amazing time and Jessica's assistance and input, no matter the question or concern, always steered us in the best direction. We could not have asked for a better experience on our first trip to the Bahamas - and Watercolor will be our first choice for all future visits, of which there will be many, I am sure.

This is a remote fishing hamlet in the Bahamas. Not many restaurants nearby, we cooked a lot during our 2 week stay. Walkable distance to the water on the Caribbean side. We spend a lot of evenings watching the water. Renting a car is a must for this island. A lot of good activities to do up and down the island. Be warned that power, internet and water are all not 100% reliable. We lost power and water a couple of times and internet a few times as well. The host is very communicative about this and its not in her control.

The Four Old Goats Excursions group had a wonderful time at The Flats. Andrea was very helpful even before arrival. She suggested Lulu’s for a golf cart and it was waiting for us at the Government dock when we arrived. Blaire Percentie was very responsive regarding the golf cart; it provided many hours of touring for us and we enjoyed it immensely ! The Flats was a charming, roomy and exceptionally clean home with everything we needed. It was conveniently located, close to Dunmore Town. There was a community area with a baseball diamond, and a highlight was the practice for Junkanoo; we saw the drummers, the dancers and musicians just by walking through the path in back of the house. People were very friendly, everywhere we went. We were impressed by the cleanliness; Sophie checked on us through the week, changed sheets and provided light cleaning. The sunsets were gorgeous, the home was exactly like the pictures. We had a great stay. We highly recommend The Flats!!!

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and loved it. The accommodation is really typical of the island, the sea view is breathtaking. A little piece of heaven to stay. The host was also very nice, present to welcome us and very responsive when I communicated with. Good experience, I recommend it.

Everything worked, everything was clean in the apartment. Everybody is responsive. The generator was a little difficult to figure out. Good location in terms of accessing either side of the island’s water

We had a wonderful time at Marvin & Michael ‘s place.They are so warm hearted and let us to check out whenever we wanted to.The bathroom is new and clean and they prepared beach towels for us.Spanish wells is spectacular,we will definitely come back here again!

This is a place we will always remember. Garbrielle and her father are very special people we need more of in this world. The place is clean with comfortable beds and seriously the view is amazing. It was hard to go anywhere with a beautiful view like that. I have taken so many pictures from the balcony. Simply gorgeous. Great location with restaurants and beaches close by and island farm just down the road. What the heck are you waiting for? Great place to get away from it all. Just don’t forget to breathe and reset yourself to island time. It’s so worth it.

Clean, spacious and well organized. Looked exactly as the pictures posted. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to locate. Arlene communicated with me every step of the way, from arrival to departure.

Lovely apartment; well appointed. We met Joconda and she was very friendly and responsive to my communications. If you want to use the washer and dryer you will likley need to provide your own soap. 5 minute walk to the pink sand beaches.

Very friendly and kind Host who took care of us in the best way possible. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. It was a pleasure to stay at the Cat House.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Fred's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Fredericka was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back whenever we visit Harbour Island again.

It was a perfect stay for myself! Mrs. Burrows was beyond sweet! The location was great and close to everything in GH.
