Excellent place and location, close to shops for shopping and the mall. The apartment is very spacious and with all amenities, the sector is safe and with parking. Very nice!

The apartment is in a safe, super quiet area. Very close to downtown, it takes about 10 minutes or less walking. Cindy is an excellent host and responds quite quickly. He also helped us with transportation contact and so on. Would stay again!

Amazing place I. Carmen de Viboral. Great location, great wifi, great equipment and very nicely decorated. the apartment is above where the owners live but they are very discreet and the entrance to the apartment is independent. would come back without hesitating :)

that nice apartment, very complete the only thing is that there was only parking space in the main of the munulixipio and there were an eight retired but that beauty of apartment, service and experience.

My family and I loved this place so much. We enjoyed the house. It was super spacious with great rooms for everyone. The amenities such as the pool, the boat were great! We will definitely love to come back!

This place was amazing, with easy access, a great location pretty close to everything you need, the supermarket the downtown plaza. The house was amazing pretty spacious and just exactly as the pictures, the garden was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax have a good time and enjoy some time off. Guatape is an amazing place to get away from the everyday routine. Lots of things do near the house and the surrounding areas. We were a big group with adults and teenagers and were always comfortable and taken care of. We had enough space to be on our own as well as getting together to have fun and for our meals. We had Claudia who is a gem cooking and cleaning for us every day. She is very kind and gentle, lover her. And the amazing Fernando alway willing to help and give us suggestions. And of course we had Wilson in the evenings taking care of the house and standing guard. We also hired the chef a few times and it was great.

The property, the viewpoint, is a perfect place to have a good party with friends, celebrate an event with the family, it has all the adaptations to make everyone comfortable and have an incredible time. Communication with Juan David was excellent, very collaborative

This lodging is everything and more that you see in the photos. Everything in perfect order and top quality, in terms of appliances and extra amenities. Everything for your stay is there, included for cooking. Hosts are quickly responsive and helpful. This is one of the most interesting, charming and unique AirBnb’s we’ve stayed in and it was so very reasonably priced. We thank the hosts for allowing others to experience their amazing home and property.

If you are staying in Guatape, you have to stay at this place! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The amenities were so enjoyable. Brandon and Caro made us feel at home and were so communicative. We travelled from the US and they made our entire trip in Guatape smooth and easy. I would stay here again in the future!

Well there is definitely a reason this space is so highly rated. It's probably the best AIR BNB experience you will have. The building staff are wonderful, the space is spotless, the view is spectacular, the bed is very comfortable, pillows are soft and fluffy. Hosts are also incredibly kind. Will stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, love the location. Communication was smooth. Easy check in out. Only comment is if you like working out and looking to use the pool, the common areas are alright, need to be updated. Other than that, amazing spot.

Our family had a wonderful time at Juan Carlos’ place! Everything was as advertised, we enjoy lovely en suite jacuzzi and comfortable beds. Great views and a very safe area, with a nice breakfast restaurant downstairs and plenty of options to eat within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

This apartment in Medellín was perfect! The location is ideal, with great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, and easy access to public transportation. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing great local tips and ensuring an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for 15 days. Everything was great. Great communication with the host. Easy check in and check out. The location was Right next to los molinos shopping center with great stores to shop and restaurants. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay at no extra cost. There was Security on the premises 24 hours a day. We rented a car and had easy and accessible parking in the garage. Highly recommend, I will definitely book again.

Great stay. Place could use some improvements as it’s a little outdated compared to similarly priced homes. Other than that, comfortable.
