super cozy apartment. 20 min walk to the sea. during winter time is almost everything closed so car is needed to get to different places. summer it is probably much more people and shops open. The host was super nice and there was nothing missing in the house. quiet and nice !

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

The villa had everything we wanted - with separate decking areas for different parts of the day depending on if you want sun or shade. All the hosts, Alex, Mildred and Emay were lovely and so helpful. We arrived very late after a long time at Faro airport (now that is a nightmare) and our sat nav initially taking us in the wrong direction, but we rang Alex who guided us in and didn’t fuss that we were late. The pool was great - we had an early August holiday so the dip was what we all needed every day (and night, it was beautiful for a midnight swim looking at the stars). We met both dogs who were very nice, and Lou, the big one, was super cute - my girls loved him! We often ate at home and the gas job and electric cooker was perfect for this. The air con was just what we needed too - so happy to have that to cool down. Didn’t use the TV as it was so lovely sitting outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings and sounds of the cicadas. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

The house is located just 5mins from the highway yet quietly nestled in the countryside. It’s private and peaceful with a distant view of the ocean. The terrace is the perfect spot to watch the most beautiful sunrise. We had 2 small children and 2 dogs who loved the expansive gardens to run and play, the pool was inviting but we didn’t make it in for a dip. The house felt spacious and relaxed and the beds were extremely comfortable, a rare find in Portugal, the showers were hot and had amazing pressure. Monika and Ralf were very responsive whenever we had a question or required assistance, given the Christmas holidays we were very grateful to have such good hosts. The perfect house for a large family to share special memories.

Islantilla's house is very comfortable, clean and fresh. The owners are looking forward to all the time, facilitating the stay and giving suggestions. It's close to the beach, shopping, and dining. It is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and listening to the birds. The trees in the garden give good shade for most of the day.

This was our third stay at Casa Boa Vista which in itself demonstrates how much we enjoy staying there. The living areas are furnished well and you will have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. As for the external areas, there are numerous places to sit and enjoy either the sunshine or find a shady corner. Of course, the swimming pool is a huge benefit, with comfortable furniture and amazing views across the valley. Gabriele and her co-hosts, Catarina, Nidia and Stefanie (from Happy Homes) could not do more to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended and we will surely return again.

excellent location, away from the noise of the city. the beach is a few dozen meters away. the pool is the right size, the children enjoyed it. Laury, given her job, was a big plus by advising us around Mazagon to visit. the stay s:went very well and Laury is very responsive and respectful. finally, we recommend this address for those who wish to alternate beach and pool.

Nuno and Ana are wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The house is equipped with all ( and even more) comforts; really everything you need is present. We enjoyed the house, the garden and the location!!!

Maria's house is an ideal place to spend your holidays! 🏡 Easy access, it is close to the village and has its own parking 🚗 The place totally matches the photos. The house is very well cared for and in the garden it is very quiet. In addition, it supports dogs at no additional cost 🐶 🙌🏻 Maria is very friendly, good communication and quick to answer. He left us some welcome snacks and even a handcrafted gift 😍 Thank you for everything, we hope to return 🤞🏻

We had a lovely stay in this home. The views are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is very comfortable with cozy beds, a well-appointed kitchen, a large pool, and beautiful outdoor areas to catch the sun (or shade) at any time of day. The host was very friendly and responsive and provided very helpful local tips, which added so much value to our visit. A rental car is highly recommended, but this is a beautiful place from which to explore the region. We hope to return!

Stay & house are fantastic. Orlando & Armanda are such lovely people. We have been very lucky to stay and even luckier to have met Orlando and Armanda. We could not have wished for better. The property is exceptionally well equipped (especially the kitchen), very clean, very roomy and clearly well looked after. Staying here has felt more like a second home than a house. All the rooms are large and the property would suit all ranges of visitors - families looking to get together or individuals looking to relax. Special mention that the house is very suitable for children of all ages including babies. Cots, changing mats, games, toys etc. With TVs in all the bedrooms and several seating areas in the garden, everyone has the choice of finding their own space or getting together in the larger areas. Great location. One can walk immediately in the hills and countryside. We strongly recommend everyone to stay here and we have already booked to stay again ourselves. We rate it 6 stars.

We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful with everything we could need. Our children enjoyed the pool very much! Restaurants, a mini market and a beautiful beach all within walking distance. Jose and Lizete are wonderfully charming hosts, we were greeted with a very warm welcome. Jose and Lizete are very kind and warm, even collecting us from the mainland on their boat and inviting us for farewell drinks on their balcony to watch the sunset. We would love to visit again!

The villa is more stunning in person than the photos! We stayed with friends and our toddlers, we had so much space and everything was spotlessly clean. Checkin was so simple and communication with both Carlos & Ana was great. Short walk to the beach, supermarket & restaurants. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was too cold in February, but can’t wait to return in the summer to make full use of it!

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility of the accommodation very much. The view in the garden and on the terrace are very nice. The beach is fantastic and the kids had a lot of fun in the Bimmelbahn to the sea. The park is very well maintained and offers many leisure activities, the staff are very friendly. We recommend this place.

We were greeted by a woman who showed us how to use the TV remotes, pointed out features around the unit, gave us keys and answered questions. The place is located conveniently for using public transportation. Easy walk to the bus and train stations. Full grocery store and the mercado are within easy walking distance and a small convenience store is even closer. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of linens, living room had a selection of books with throw pillows/blankets for rainy days. The bathroom was clean and larger than expected. We used the kitchen appliances regularly - everything was clean and worked properly. There is a rack for drying clothes on the rooftop terrace. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed a snack and glass of wine on the rooftop terrace a few times and sipped morning coffee on the lower level patio. It was a pleasant stay and we are happy to recommend this airbnb.

We had a wonderful week here. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and much bigger than we experienced before in Portugal. The kitchen utensils were top notch, we like homecooking and the arrange of pans and pots was the best we’ve seen in all our Airbnb years. Extra bonus points for the serenade the birds gave every morning and evening!
