Vacation rentals in El Porvenir

The house was perfect for our large family. We prefer to fix our own meals and the kitchen had plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pantry already had some of the things that we needed like olive oil or tomato sauce. The dining table was large enough to seat 9 comfortably. Lots of space for everyone to play games or just hang out, and in the evening deer would come into the back yard to graze. The large backyard and unpaved roads give you the feel of being in the country, but you are also really close to the main plaza so it's convenient. Eddie's instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend! Thank you Eddie for sharing your home and giving us wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed the home and the location. It is quiet and peaceful, and an easy drive to town and to destinations north of Santa Fe. Jessica is a friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again.

Sunset Art House and her host are extraordinary. I was hesitant to stay outside of “downtown,” I’m so glad we did. After a full day of exploring, hiking, or shopping, the House called us home to unwind and hang with each other in an authentic New Mexico setting. The house is amazing - sunsets, walks, stars at night, even a tree filled with a flock of Cedar Wax Wings. Host is responsive and pleasant; house is wonderful; beds are comfy; kitchen is the ultimate gathering place and fully stocked. I would stay here over and over and over again.

Absolutely stunning stay! Every room offered breathtaking views, and we loved having our own private entrance to the gorgeous grounds. The remote location made it feel like a true escape, yet it still had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fantastic—we ended up cooking several meals there and enjoying them in the various cozy seating areas both inside and out. Watching the sunset over the mountains was truly magical. If we’re ever back in Santa Fe, we wouldn’t think twice about booking this Airbnb again. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My family feels very lucky that we got to spend 3 nights in Mary’s beautiful home. The views of the mountains during the day and the stars at night were breathtaking taking. Mary’s home is laid out in such a way that 2 couples traveling together could have lots of privacy . My family of 4 adults made use of all 3 beds, ( a queens in each bedroom and a full size futon off of the dining room). The kitchen was well stocked with spices, olive oil, sugar, coffee and many tea choices. We were able to cook most of our meals there. Only things I couldn’t find was a colander and a grater. Mini splits in each bedroom and the living area kept us nice and warm on chilly nights. Mary was a proactive and responsive host! We all hope to stay again!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

Area was convenient and close everything we were looking to do in Santa Fe, as well as a Sprouts. Also a short walk to a trail we used to walk dogs. The place itself was comfortable and had enough space for both of us to work during the day, and a great patio area to enjoy the outside.

Very quiet, peaceful and amazing place. Flor was great, whenever we needed something she was sure to help right away. Would recommend this place to anyone.
