Vacation rentals with beach access in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

The hosts were very friendly and caring. The appartement was exactly how it was described and even exceeded our expectations. They even foresaw beach towels and toys for the kids. The location was great, close distances to the beach and to the metro so you could get into the center in no time. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back.

I spent 3 weeks at this Airbnb and loved my time there. The location is super convenient - 3 minute walk to Selva de Mar yellow metro line station, so in 15 minutes you’re in Gothic Quarter and 20ish minutes to Passeig de Gracia. Also, the Tram T4 line is right around the corner so that’s another great transit option, as well as many buses in the area. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. No nightclubs or bars on the street meaning quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The apartment was clean and there’s a laundry machine along with all kinds of cleaning products and laundry detergent. Laundry place also around the corner so can dry towels/bed sheets if needed. Apartment was so well stocked - bathroom had a hair dryer as well as a hair straightener. Kitchen is fully stocked. This Airbnb is great for the price and I’d recommend it to friends and family and if coming back to Barcelona, I’d stay here again. Mik is an awesome host. 5/5!

The apartment is excellent: comfortable, nice and well-equipped. Didier welcomed us with great kindness, making our arrival very cozy. The area is quiet and residential, ideal for resting, although a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

Super responsive and helpful host. Apartment in a historic building, spacious and clean, there were 6 of us, very convenient location as the L3 metro (Poble-sec stop) to La Rambla was right outside the door. The street noises were felt but did not bother, rested well. Recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Olympic Village. It’s so close to the beach as well as the park and the metro. Meanwhile there are some great little local eateries under 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is huge and well equipped, and our two boys loved playing football in the communal garden below. This is the perfect place to stay for a family visiting Barcelona.

We were there for Carnival, so a short trip. Accommodation was very good and you can easily have breakfast nearby. For good Spanish food, we had to walk a little further, which is also fun, so you can also see some of the surroundings. Guillermo is very helpful, whether it's ordering a taxi or visiting good restaurants. Or if we had any questions in the apartment. He responded within the shortest possible time. He is a pleasant landlord and the description of the apartment was 100% . Everything available, even toothbrushes and small toothpaste tubes, hair dryer, towels,... A welcome sparkling wine and a nicely set dining table and coffee for the beginning was all available. Thank you.

Very friendly host! Small, compact apartment with all amenities. Despite idyllic views of the harbor and proximity to the beach, the area was not very attractive and somewhat deserted. There was little life but this will also have to do with the low season. However, close to the station, so very easy location to visit Barcelona.

It was great! Cosy appartement in a quiet street with a view on a beautiful square with trees. It is close to nice restaurants and places to drink good coffee. It is also on walking distance to the beach. The appartement is also really child friendly, with a child bed and chair. We definitely recommend this appartement for a lovely stay in Barcelona.

Paula was a wild host. We could easily stay in the house earlier and also as long as we wanted on the day of departure. Since the plane didn't leave until 18:00. The house leaves nothing to be desired..... Paula sent us videos taken before arrival day, where she briefly explained the difference, lights, keys, heating, etc. as well as list of restaurants and shopping. We were completely happy, went to the sea every morning first. Just in front of you. The train passes relatively regularly and often right in front of the house... If that would bother you, this house should not choose. But it didn't bother us. We would definitely come back the next time we visit!

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

It was perfect, just like we expected

We had a lovely stay at Trude & Miguel’s apartment. It’s super clean, the outside areas are spacious and private, and everything what we needed was available!

My experience in this Villa was amazing, such a nice house very clean, and organized, with everything you need we had a few issues but they were addressed and the response was immediate. Jordi was always polite and helpful, the villa is spacious with a lot of lovely games and things to keep you entertained. The house is in a good location with the beach just 5 minutes walk away, with two supermarkets just around the corner. Highly recommended

Large, typical and friendly apartment. clean and tidy. possibility of renting gated parking space. lively neighborhood, many shops; beach and metro L2 10 min on foot (20 min in the center of Barcelona). only small downside: sound insulation with the adjacent house not the most optimal. some traffic noise from the bedrooms overlooking the street. quiet neighborhood at night and Sunday. Conclusion: we enjoyed Badalona as much as the apartment and will happily return to Maya's place.

Awesome view! Lots of tips in the guide. We would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the house again.

We were very happy with our stay, the appartment is equipped with everything you might need. Shower was great and spacious bathroom. Wifi and aircon were also great as we had to wfh a few days. Peaceful location 15min walk to the beach. The one thing that could be improved is the bed which wasn't very comfortable with an old mattress and cushions that didn't provide much support. Overall a lovely stay and Jordi was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

The entire house was clean and well-maintained, and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to get around the city. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station was right downstairs, which made transportation effortless. The host, Claudio, was very welcoming and offered great recommendations for sightseeing and dining in Barcelona. We truly loved this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

Luis is a great host! He greeted us personally and walked through the apartment with us himself. The apartment is in a very good and central neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbors are all friendly and nice to us. I was with my mother and children, we felt very safe walking around even during night time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
