I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

Juliana’s listing is great, specifically for anyone who works remotely and wants to be away from heavy noise but still in a central location. Internet is strong and the unit itself came with everything I needed for a 2 and a half week stay. Juliana’s team was also very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Jean at the front desk was very proactive, communicative and went above and beyond in terms of assistance throughout my stay. Other members of the team who assisted in my accommodations were Matteo and David (who speaks flawless in English) at the front desk and Uber and Walter from security. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Ana deserves all the stars in the sky, not just five! I stayed at her gorgeous 7th (top) floor apartment for a week as a home base for my stay. She made my first trip to Medellín amazing with a personal transport and pre-arranged one night accommodation (where she also stayed) and panoramic tour (in a local Jeep) of the gorgeous Andes mountains in Jardin. The next day she drove me to Guatape, walked around the town with me. We stopped at a place where we could visit with farm animals including alpacas! She also drove me around to show me the beautiful city of Medellín! She made many wonderful suggestions on things to see and do! I highly recommend my new friend, Ana!

Best spot in poblado, quick walk 10-15 min to provenza yet far away from the music to make it peaceful, it’s surrounded by nature, awesome walk, rooftop hit jacuzzi hits great views of Medellín, courteous staff, tasty breakfast included, all this for a very low price

Ruby is a perfect host: kind, taking care of details and always willing to help. Her apartment is a rare find: conveniently located a 10 minutes walk from the humongous Viva mall, the traditional main square of Envigado and the great Market Square. The view from the apartment's terrace is also amazing! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I stayed in 4 places in Medellin during 5 weeks - this was the best. My overall goals were to have a central location in the Laureles barrio, be able to easily work online, and be walkable to lots of salsa and Bachata dancing. This place more than checked all those boxes. I cannot say enough good things about Angela Maria’s home, the location, right on primera parque and a short walk from second Parque, the area is so walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops, and every kind of business. Yet there is still a sweet sense of being in a residential neighborhood. As a digital nomad, there are several wonderful cafes to work from- my favorite for getting serious work and calls done was Semilla Cafe which was literally a 2 minute walk across the park. I loved having my own bathroom and felt very welcome and at home and highly recommend to anyone who can walk stairs. It is a lovely sanctuary to return to every day after working or exploring. Angela-Maria is a perfect host.

A big and nice house, very comfortable. Excellent location. The house has very well equipped the kitchen, the beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the water pressure of the showers is excellent. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hosts are attentive and their responses are quick.
