Cora and her husband are great hosts. The rooms are exactly as they are described. I got both available rooms within their home and was very comfortable and content there. If you have interest in historical homes, Jeeps, collectibles, antiques, corgis, or the area in general I recommend you stay here. It is very much as if you are just staying at grandma's house.

An incredible find, Lorraine’s house was extremely comfortable and welcoming, As were Peter and Lorraine. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

We came up for my Son’s wedding and all I can say is what a wonderful time we had getting to know another family that traveled all the way from France to give their daughter’s hand in marriage to our son. Our family came together from other states to be part of this. The home was the perfect place to “gather” and fellowship, laugh and make memories. The view of Pikes Peak was breathtaking. Staying at Estee & Rob’s place was truly an unforgettable experience! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm, inviting, and just like home. The bed in the master bedroom was a dream! It was incredibly soft and comfortable, and we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The views from the house were absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, we were greeted by stunning vistas and beautiful sunlight streaming through the windows. It was the perfect backdrop to start each day. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short drive to Garden of the Gods—a must-see natural wonder—and the charming town of Manitou Springs, with its unique shops and quaint, small-town vibe. We can’t wait to come back and stay again—next time, we’re bringing family and friends to share in the experience. I wanted to write more but Airbnb restricted my character limit!

This home was incredible! We had a family vacation and it was perfect. Everyone had their own space and no one was on top of each other. There were so many spaces for entertaining. They also had every amenity you could think of. The hosts were responsive around the clock. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. It was a great find.

Sean’s place was everything as posted. Very relaxing, peaceful, and it had everything that was needed for serving a Thanksgiving meal. It was out of town but close enough in case we needed something. We will be staying again next time we are in Colorado Springs visiting our son at Fort Carson!

Exceptionally clean! Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the RV was. Plenty of space for my husband and I with 3 kids 5 and under. Hosts were incredibly friendly and quick response time with any questions. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

My husband and I had a stay-cation at this beautiful tiny home. It was the perfect get away and incredibly cozy. The big window next to the bed was absolutely stunning and was the highlight of night. Staring out at the beautiful scenery and the night sky. Will be staying here again and will be recommending this to others! Thank you!

The tiny home was what we needed for this unexpected snow storm trip.I really loved how the home was decorated and how comfy the beds were. Before arriving to the T.H, Fernando and his wife were so kind and shoved the snow out and provided us with an extra heater. We didn't need it, the house got warm and toasty. I would definitely come back and stay here if I'm ever in Colorado again. The jacuzzi was our favorite. :)

Nice family very helpful and patient. The place was exactly what our son needed to rest a few days Not to mention the cute goats who came to say hi every morning. Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Guest Cottage in Monument! The cottage was just as described - cute, clean and cozy! We were surrounded by the peaceful countryside with far off glimpses of the mountains. Monument is close to numerous places to visit - we especially enjoyed our trips into Colorado Springs to visit Focus on the Family, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. And if you’re looking for delicious burgers, make sure to stop in at The Skirted Heifer while you’re in Colorado Springs! Sydney is a wonderful host - easy to contact and helpful answering our questions when looking for a local grocer, etc…. Sydney also provided sweet encouragement when we had unexpected events back home. Thank you, again, Sydney, for sharing your guest cottage and hospitality!

everything was perfect and lovely, and Lindsey was extremely kind and helpful! upon arrival, i got out of my car and was greeted by the neighboring horses behind the fence. it was kinda magical.

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing home. We love the home itself. It is beautiful inside and had all of the amenities for all of our needs. The house is comfortable, inviting, and so well decorated. We enjoyed the outside covered patio each morning with our coffee, and while sitting out on the patio we encountered at very large 10-point buck (at least 10 points). He was gorgeous! We took advantage of the hot tub in the evening, and we could see so many stars at night. It was just breathtaking. During our stay, we were able to see the Northern Lights from the road, and that sight was beyond words. Josh is a fabulous host. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived, and he was very quick to respond. The only downside to our trip was that it went by too fast, and we had to leave. Since we have family in the Black Forest area, we will be returning...and we will definitively book this amazing place for the third time. Looking forward to next time!

The service was excellent. The room appearance matched the pictures. Her home is truly a homestead in Colorado and it was very nice to stay here.

This home truly is a hidden gem in the AirBnB universe. The setting is beautiful, remarkably quiet, serene and relaxing. The home itself is obviously well taken care of and a product of much love and attention. All the very basics of what you love in a great bnb are there, but the home goes so much further, not the least is a mini waterfall and pond in the expansive back yard. Decor and amenities make it one of a kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful, quaint home. Value is amazing for the price point and the shuffleboard was so cool. I'm going to play shuffleboard at a local brewery now. I discovered a hidden talent. Clean, well cared for, private. chickens were a bonus. We didn't use the sauna but it was easy to set up if we'd wanted to.

We had Absolutely amazing vacation! This home is exactly what is listed and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to view some wildlife which was really cool. Instructions on how to check in, use the hot tub and fire pit were extremely helpful. We will definitely book with Clay and Desaray again!

Leah has created such a picture perfect place to stay! Absolutely beautiful, felt cozy, and safe. Bed is firmer than I liked, but my sister personally loved it lol. I loved the big kitchen windows and coffee! The lockbox is easy to use, just make sure you read the instructions on it. I also appreciated the quick and friendly communication. Would stay here again.
