Vacation rentals with a fireplace in El Jardín

If you’re looking for a sign this is it. Please stay at this beautiful place. I don’t know where to start, it’s so big you won’t have any trouble fitting in, it is stocked with everything you could ever need (seriously), the view at both day and night is to die for, and the host is the best. Plus the little farm down the road is lovely. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had. My only recommendation if you’re staying here is bring wool socks or slippers, cause the floor is freezing most of the time. But you will have heaters available. Temperatures at night could go down to 42°F/6°C so if you log the cold this is the place for you. You can probably fit up to 2 cars or 3 if they’re small. And be aware that you’re far away from most supermarkets so bring everything you may need to cook. Overall, a wonderful experience!!

Pictures don't do this home justice. It's absolutely stunning and the entire home is clean, and just gorgeous. Plenty of space for large families or groups! Felipe was super responsive and kind. We only had one night here before flying out and wish we had more time to enjoy this incredible space. Thanks for sharing it with us! Highly recommend this home x100!!

this was our first stay in a 3 week trip to CR- at the end of our stay we were wishing we didn't have to leave. the location is amazing, so quiet, private and peaceful. Rolando is an amazing host who was immediately available when we had a small problem with the shower, and he always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. also, we ended up arriving quite late in the evening due to traffic and Rolando waited up for us and stood by the entrance to the property to make sure we found the place in the dark. we were able to buy fresh eggs from his wife (they have chickens) and they also gave us fresh warm tamales they prepared for Christmas as a gift, which was very touching. Rolando is very knowledgeable about wildlife in the area. My father is an avid birder, and he told us about places where we saw more birds than on a local tour, including a Quetzal. we also saw a motmot near the patio while having coffee most mornings. we hope to return soon!

A stunning airbnb with the most breathtaking views! Food prepared by Yamilet was a real highlight and it felt really homely. Yami was also happy to help us with laundry which was so appreciated after a long week of travel! The rooms are really spacious, well decorated and the beds super comfortable. Overall an amazing stay and I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you for everything!

If you’re a fan of mountains and breathtaking views, Doug’s place is the perfect choice. The house is absolutely beautiful, well-equipped with everything you could need, and ideal for both families and groups of friends. Doug was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide suggestions. Thank you for hosting us Doug, it was a fantastic experience! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Cindy’s condo is the perfect retreat for a family, or for a group. It is incredibly spacious, with more room than the pictures can show. The view of San Jose was gorgeous day and night. The pool was public to the condo, and was heated. The drive Into San Jose was a touch longer than expected, but that was no biggie due to all of the other amenities. Lots of balcony space, on multiple levels have great indoor/outdoor experiences. Definitely would stay again.

Very satisfied! An apartment that can be seen prepared with great affection and attention to detail. It feels like a little home for a few days. The kitchen is very well equipped, enough sheets and towels and even some unexpected details such as basic medicine cabinet. Communication with Sara was fluid and attentive. It is well located, near the supermarket, cafes and restaurants, in a fairly safe area. Maybe it would be good to improve the mattresses, it was the only thing we felt was missing for the 100. It's worth a lot for the price. Recommended!

I recently stayed at Casa Verde for my first trip to Costa Rica, and I can’t recommend it enough! As someone from Austin, TX, I’ve seen some amazing art, but the artwork on the walls here is absolutely mind-blowing—each piece adds so much character and warmth to the space. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true escape. The location was perfect for exploring the central valley, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming. If you’re looking for a unique and inspiring place to stay, this is it!

Very nice everything, the location, the facilities are very nice and Daniel attended to us super well, highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay in Roya's apartment. You have a great view into nature and can watch birds, butterfies and other animals. It is a wonderful walk on the road just outside the house . We had difficulties finding that hidden spot at night. Better is to arrive while it is still light or ask Roya to contact a taxidriver who knows the place.

I stayed with my son at this beautiful property, the hosts were excellent - very friendly and welcoming, such a lovely family! The property is peaceful and the location is perfect for those not wanting to be too far from the city and local amenities but still wanting the experience of being immersed in nature. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

The house was great, the location was gorgeous, and the activities around the area are endless. But, the real star was the concierge team. Hazel, Jorge, and Andrey made planning and coordinating our trip for a large group effortless. We had issues due to weather with our flights in and the team was immediately responsive to help rearrange shuttles, activities, etc. It would have been daunting without them. I cannot stress enough how much our group appreciated the team!

This is the best deal you can get. We had a group of 9 stay here and was very spacious. For the price you pay you get two trails on the property one leading to a waterfall. There are deer that you can go pet on the property and have a gate guard the whole time so you’re protected. Every single room has a view of the city which is tremendous sight to see. On top of that Chris, the grounds keeper, was very polite. He worked well with our check in considering we arrived at 3am. He knows the area well and has suggestions and always available to help with anything to need. If you plan to be around the San Jose are, this property/ AirBnB is a no brainer.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time at the villa. Ericka was proactive and responsive and Orlando was an incredible host. The villa is equipped with everything you need, from fresh towels, snacks, board games to comfortable beds and pillows. The common areas include walkable flower gardens, several fire pits with great views to the valley, and a bbq and laundry area. We highly recommend it. We will be going back.

If you're searching for a traditional mansion with stunning views, look no further! This property offers multiple spacious bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool, making it ideal for family gatherings. During our stay, my family and I felt safe and secure thanks to the 24/7 guard security. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

Beautiful home, great stay. The pool was amazing! Two things that would have slightly improved our experience: 1. If the shower wall outside extended further to fully block the view from the jacuzzi 2. Having curtains on the small window on the second floor window. Both of these items did not impact our great experience which is why we're happy to give 5 stars, and would definitely stay again (even if everything stays as is).
