Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone .It is as described and in a lovely area with a well stocked super market at the bottom of the hill.Communication was excellent and they very kindly let us stay on the day of departure a bit longer as thevilla was not booked that day so thank you so much .This made out long weekend .So thank you very much

We had 3 parties, 2birthdays and a 5yr old boy to enjoy the facilities even though it predominantly rained, the heated pool and hot tub were a godsend and the games available were just brilliant for the dry spells. I would not hesitate to recommend the 2villas and space to anyone. Thanks Antonio

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Andrea and Jose’s villa in Calahonda. There were no issues with communication in the days leading up to our visit and we appreciated Andrea meeting us at the visit for check-in. Jose also visited within the first half hour to change gas bottle and assemble high chair which we had forgotten to request beforehand. Andrea and Jose were flexible with checkin/checkout times. The villa is ideal for 6 with 3 good size bedrooms - the kitchen, dining space and lounge are also good sized spaces. The location is handy for bars/restaurants and beaches by car or on foot. We will hopefully be returning to Calahonda and will make this property our first choice. Ross

Beautiful stay in Thomas's house, with whom communication went very well, Thomas has good advice for restaurants. The house is located in the heights of Marbella, it is as described, very bright with large interior space that opens to the outside. The kitchen is over-equipped and the environment is very quiet. I can only recommend to future guests.

A group of us stayed in this beautiful villa and it was as described. Amazing amenities, gorgeous outdoor areas and the private pool was perfect for a dip when the sun got too hot. Would recommend for a relaxing break, not too close to Malaga town but perfect for our needs.

We truly enjoyed our stay at villa. Everything worked as expected and the pool area was marvellous for all kind water activities. In addition the table tennis was also really nice to play. Two buildings fit also very well for our group (10 adults, 3 kids). Only thing was that you always forced to use car, no restaurants/shops in walking distance, but that was also known beforehand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Comares, in this house with breathtaking views. We stayed there as a family, and we were able to explore Andalusia! Be careful, the distances are still quite long, but the scenery is worth it 🤗 We were greeted with great kindness. The house is located in a very peaceful location, within walking distance of the picturesque little village of Comares. We were there in February, so we had to warm up by the wood fire but still enjoyed great weather. In summary, it was a great stay!
