This place was very cute and modern. It was clean and was very close to midtown/downtown. The parking was tight and maneuvering can be a little difficult to get out. My overall was good and I would stay here again.

Was in town for CIM weekend and David’s home was the perfect spot - great location, very walkable, and in a nice neighborhood. David was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting!

Waye's space was exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and the location is great. My mom was visiting from out of town and our place is a bit crowded to accommodate her, so we got this Airbnb near our house for her. It was cozy and she felt safe staying there alone at night. The check-in instructions were very clear. Highly recommend this place!

We were grateful to find this little gem on our visit to Pine Grove to reunite with family. Everything as described, loved the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee, then the hot tub in the evening. Comfortable beds, a very complete kitchen, plenty of dvds to choose from. A lovely bottle of wine waiting for us after a long day of travel as well as a sampling of delicious ice cream to get us next door to try out the rest of our favorite flavors. Walking distance to Graze which turned into our favorite breakfast place. Roadhouse coffee another nice place. Local grocery had great variety if you didn’t want to make a trip to Jackson. We fell in love with Pine Grove and its surrounding area. Plenty of trails to hike, close to wineries, we even took a day trip to Calaveras to see the giant sequoias. Our family reunion turned into a memorable vacation. Thanks Stew for sharing your cozy chalet!

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful, providing local recommendations that came in handy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing getaway. There's a lovely park just a short walk away, which our toddler loved. The backyard was a great bonus, offering a pleasant space to unwind. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the toys and books provided for our little one - it kept her entertained throughout the stay. Parking was a breeze and the location was conveniently close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place. Perfect for a quiet Sacramento get away

We had such a lovely stay! Location was great / only a quick walk away from Downtown Sacramento. The rooms were spacious and clean - the living room was great for hanging out - the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved that shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided - also really appreciated the coffee machine and selection of k-cups. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area! Unfortunately during our stay, we walked into the beautiful place and there was a leak from the heavy rain/storm that hit Northern California. The host was so quick to respond when I reached out and so graciously booked us a stay at a very nice hotel in the area to make up for it. The home was very spacious and beautiful and it was truly a bummer that we couldn’t stay but the responsiveness and attentiveness to the guests was even more spectacular. The process of staying at a hotel that was booked by another person was unfortunately tedious and took a few phones calls between the hotel and the host but they were very patient to ensure my family and I had a place to stay for the weekend. Five stars for being such great hosts and five stars for their home. If I ever have an occasion to be in Sacramento, I’d book this place again and hopefully be able to stay there this time.

We had a wonderful and comfortable long weekend with friends here! 10/10 would go back again. The pool table and the shooting hoop was a fun addition. We also appreciated having enough street parking since we had multiple cars. Thank you Marilyn for hosting us :)

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

This was a beautiful penthouse located in a great area with lots of restaurants, bars and stores that are easy to walk to. Great host that responded quickly when needed.

our stay here was delightful and cozy. the condo units are set against a beautiful hill with a lovely view of the surrounding nature. the place itself was outfitted with everything you could need for a stay, including basic cookware, extra blankets, and toiletries. check in and out was easy and the hosts were responsive. we’d happily stay here again!

The location was great-close to the Kings arena, State Capitol, Old Sacramento, and other downtown attractions. We had a minor issue about parking our vehicle but Robyn responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue. The place was just like the pictures and we had everything that we needed. There is some street noise but it is a downtown area so it is to be expected; it did not interupt our sleep at all.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!
