Beautiful location and the apartment is very spacious. It was good location even for maraton runners and we didn’t have any problems to order Uber or taxi. Flexible check in and we were able to check in at 10 am. We also had car so it’s a parking space in the garage too. Highly recommended. On the boardwalk you can find good restaurants.

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

great place for staying with family around one of the prettiest spots in Valencia, Diana and Sophie were really helpful by proactively sharing written instructions for almost everything in the flat. This place is a charm and I hope we can return in the future, thanks!!

A beautiful apartment in the centre of Valencia, within 20 minutes walk of a lot of the city. Very spacious and modern apartment with a fantastic host, I would highly recommend this place

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped for 4 people. The condiminio is in front of the beach away from the noise of the city center. Very good option for staying in valencia!

Great place and location. Lots of restaurants nearby and beach 2 minute walk. Had an issue with the key to the door. Was sorted in 30 mins on a Sunday. Great service and care of guests. Would definitely stay here again. Valencia airport was brilliant. 30 mins from plane to taxi rank even after Brexshit

Rickardo is the most welcoming host in my life! He is very friendly and helpful! Flat that we rent is totally amazing! It’s like a museum! At the same time the flat is very convenience! Rick left all necessary equipment inside with instructions! If you rent this apartment, you don’t need nothing to take wit you there expect your clothes because you will find everything there, including beach umbrella, douche gel, waste bags and even 3 different coffee makers.

Really nice apartment, with great facilities, in a perfect location. The host was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, modern and well kitted out. The pool was just right, with the beach just across the road, restaurants and food shops two minutes away and the bus into Valencia centre just around the corner. We loved our stay.

I had an amazing month long stay at Encar’s place by the beach. It was very clean and across the street from a very nice beach. The view was amazing, and there are many good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would highly recommend her place for anyone who wants to work remotely or vacation near the beach.

Having just returned from staying here with some friends I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have a city break with the bonus of being near to the beach. The location and gorgeous accommodation were ideal and the host was so kind and helpful. My friends and I thought this place is worth 5⭐️’s.

The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, new furniture, elevator, large and comfortable bed. A bedside lamp by the bed for reading and a mirror in the room would be useful. Probably the host will install it. There is everything you need, even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Delicious espresso, you just have to know how to turn it on. Large shower space. It's good that there is no TV, because I came to explore and eat well, not to watch netflix. Luca is a young, but kind, open-minded and enterprising man. He is empathetic and helpful. The stay was great, and the location right next to the park was sensational, especially for a runner (me)

**A Spacious Family Retreat with a Responsive Host** We had a wonderful stay at Jose's place. The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for large families or groups. Our group of 3 families with 5 young children had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids especially loved the dedicated movie and playroom, complete with a popcorn machine! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, though we did miss a few more pots and pans. It would also be helpful to have a clothes stand for drying towels and clothes. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They were especially accommodating during a challenging time, keeping us informed and prioritizing our safety. We would definitely recommend this place for families seeking a comfortable and spacious getaway.

My wife left a bag of personal affects behind and they were very helpful in sending it to us. Thanks1
