Very good the apartment is very comfortable and clean, the only thing is that check-in at 4pm is very late and check-out at 10 am is very soon, improve and regularize that would help improve the experience.

My sister and I loved the apartment. Very safe even at night, you can easily go anywhere in Quito. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Hands down, this was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences in my 60+ stays over the past few years! With the Iñaquito Metro Station just a short walk away, it was a breeze to explore the Historic Centre. A big supermarket was less than 3 minutes on foot. Gissela's kitchen was well equipped--right down to a blender for smoothies--for basic cooking. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The icing on the cake were Gissela and Juan who went out of their way to accommodate our need for a late check-out. All in all, this one won't disappoint even the most discriminating guest.

I can only tell you that it is an exceptional apartment. It has everything you could possibly need. Of course I would come back. I highly recommend it. Good area and location near restaurants. Thank you very much Veronica.

Everything was super good, the area had restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarket nearby, don Niko was super friendly and friendly, it was an excellent stay. We were very grateful.

Josue, Mateo and their family were kind and incredibly helpful hosts. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

The Host and the people in charge of their parents, great in every way, were always attentive to my needs, they always responded to my messages. It is a complete apartment, excellent for long stays and short stays too. If you are going to have activities in the north of Quito this is a good place; I stayed two months, I would take it back.

The suite is very comfortable and elegant. It is located in a gorgeous residential sector of the city of Quito and within walking distance of a mall that offers all kinds of shops and services. The communal area of the building is well equipped with gym, 24 hour guard, etc.

Had a great time in this spacious 3 BR / 3.5BA condo. It was more expensive than other places but worth it. Great view and lots to do in the local area

The place was beautiful, Nothing to complain about it. The only thing was I didn’t know my family was coming to visit me to my place. I asked the guard downstairs if they can come they tell me no because they were not in the list. That’s like I was telling them I I didn’t know my family was coming to visit me. That’s the only thing I have nothing else because everything I was fine thanks.

Andre's Airbnb was great, exactly as described. While we had some initial issues checking in, Andre was available via the phone to talk us through. he also allocated us a carpark which was good. Good location for what we needed.
