It can be perfect for up to four people for a longer stay. The whole apartment is completely clean, the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't have a problem with anything, it was a flexible check-in, so to say, it was perfect. It was completely worth the price if I came to this neighborhood again and again, we would definitely choose this one.

The property is very clean and modernly furnished. Flexible check-in worked wonderfully, we could just remove the key from the lockbox and no one had to wait for us at the apartment. The apartment is very quiet, but there is still shopping right around the corner. The city of Vienna is about 30 minutes away, where you can find many different sights and offers. We would love to book this place again for the next visit.

The house was very nice and clean, there was everything we needed :) the place was quite and calm, perfect for families with kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment has far exceeded expectations, very nice places and equipped with everything you need. The parking spot was always available. In all the premises, the cleanliness was impeccable. Also, Angela was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!

Perfect location for private celebrations, were 20 people and everyone had space. Markus was very friendly and accommodating, especially as far as early check-in is concerned, in order to be able to cool down purchased meals in time. We'd love to come back at any time

We (5 girls group) wanted to spend New Year's Eve in Vienna and were looking for a place to stay nearby, as Vienna was comparatively very expensive for the period. It was always worth it! It took us less than 20 minutes to Vienna by car (faster than previously shown from maps) and always had free and free parking in Bad Vöslau. There was also a supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient. However, the uploaded images do not do justice to this listing. It looks a lot nicer on site! We all didn't expect that and were positively surprised. The apartment was also very clean! (personal plus: the shoes are taken off inside) On the evening of New Year's Eve, we were also surprised with a tray of champagne glasses and a champagne bottle at your doorstep. Very nice gesture! Otherwise, we really had a lot of privacy and can't complain otherwise. Clear recommendation! :)

great option to spend the night at the airport. don't expect a lot from the accommodation. for family or loved ones. there was no door in the bathroom, chandeliers in the rooms, but the apartment is worth the money. its transportation is desirable.

My wife and I spent the turn of the year in Vienna. Although Villa Bellevue is located in the far southwestern district, it is easily accessible by public transport. We never missed our car. We found the apartment to be pleasant, plenty of space for two people but also suitable for a family with two children. The nearby main street did not bother us. We met Edit and Dieter as very kind and helpful hosts. They provided us with recommendations for our stay in Vienna before the trip. Dieter took a lot of time on the day of arrival to show us everything and answer our questions about the survey.
