I stayed already the second time at Gitti´s place and enjoyed again! It is easy to feel at home and Gitti always thinks about even the smallest details. Furthermore, it is quiet and if you need some fresh air, you can directly walk on the hills over Graz or in the forest. Always happy to be back there!

A very nice place, with everything one needs during the stay. Close to the center of the town and university. Julia is a very helpful host, always ready to answer my questions. I recommend this apartament! 🙂

I was very satisfied with the place and also Regine was great, friendly accommodating and always helpful. I was there for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. I am also thrilled that a bus runs until then. Even by car, you can get to the city itself very quickly or elsewhere. I will definitely book there again when I go back to Graz.

The accommodation is very well cared for and clean, the spaces are well furnished and the details are very well cared for. We had a small problem with the key at check-in but the host resolved it in a very short time, a little far from the center if you can walk, but we had the car and it was not a problem. Recommended

Roland was an excellent host and the apartment was exactly as described. Roland was extremely responsive to all inquiries and was very helpful throughout the trip. The location is very good, with good bus connections to the city centre and walkable to the University of Graz. Overall, a very good and well maintain apartment. Would highly recommend.

It’s a nice space. It has a lovely balcony, the apartment was clean and tidy, it has the perfect shower water pressure, a comfortable tv corner, it’s not far from the city center and convenient stores via public transportation, and within a friendly neighborhood. This is an ideal spot if you’re looking to stay in Graz. There’s even a blow dryer and brush handy, which was a nice little plus :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. Manuel is super responsive and friendly and the apartment had everything we needed for our 2_month stay. I 100% recommend if you want to explore Graz and stay close to the city center, yet in a very peaceful neighbourhood

Had a great few night stay while working in Spielberg. House was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Bernd was a great host and we would stay again.

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Extremely friendly hosts, great and easy communication! Recommendations regarding food and food in the area as well as information about traffic due to the race weekend in Spielberg. Quiet area with beautiful views from the balcony, I can only recommend it !

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

We stayed at Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. Like the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We had a great time. It was comfortable with 3 young children, and they really enjoyed the stay. There's not much to do in the winter in the area, so we can go again in the summer. ❤️🙏🏾

Stayed for the F1 race weekend in Spielberg - easy access to Red Bull Ring, supermarket nearby, good private space with beautiful surroundings, cozy bath and a beautiful kitchen. Would definitely come back again!
