Vacation rentals with beach access in Effingham

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Clean and comfortable with lots of conveniences (washer and dryer, lots of coffee, ect). The host is very kind and went above and beyond for us!

Very family friendly, the area was perfect, walking distance, clean.

Brian’s place was just what we needed- a quiet retreat away from the madhouse that was the weekend get-together for my friend’s 50th. We visited during the off-season and the weather wasn’t very conducive to outdoor activities, but Brian gave recommendations that would have been lovely to follow through on if the timing were different. He responded quickly and communicated well. I would go back, and would certainly recommend.

This place is beautiful, convenient, and was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, and the snacks and coffee provided was a huge plus! We have a toddler so the provided essentials for the beach (especially the wagon) was so appreciated! Alyssa was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We will definitely be staying again!

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location. Very walkable, was basically across the street from our favorite breakfast place the Greenery and an easy walk to the center of Ogunquit. Very clean place. We would certainly book again!

We had a great stay at Robert & Janette’s place. This was the perfect location downtown, everything was walkable. It was also nice to have private parking so if we did need to drive somewhere we didn’t have to worry about where to leave the car when we got back. The place was very clean and quiet hours made it calm at night despite being in the heart of the city.

Fabulous stay and very cozy and comfortable. I thought it was a bit pricey for two nights but I' m glad we went. It was a nice break, and I hope to go again.

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

We randomly picked Scarborough Maine to visit and were very happy with our choice. Wendy’s rental was great. Way more room than we needed, but private and close to lots of great places. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would be happy to stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality Wendy.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very cozy place and spacious. The hot tub and backyard was peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need. Definitely recommend this place. Host was responsive to massages. Great stay!

Perfect house for a big group! Stayed there with a bunch of my cousins for a family wedding nearby and everyone had a bed!

Fourth year in a row coming to Wendy’s place and we always love it!!! It truly feels like home and is so cute and comfy! I’ve never felt so comfortable somewhere before.

Even though the weather did not work in our favor and we missed the sunrise mornings, we still found some adventures not too far away. Definitely recommend as the balcony view is everything at this stay! Till next year, thank you again!

Pat’s place was clean & cozy for our quick trip to Scarborough. While small it had everything we needed during our short stay.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
