Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

Absolutely blissful place to stay. My wife and I ventured to KC for an anniversary trip kind of last minute and we lucked out with this cottage. The “Christmas” lights give the place such a nice vibe and the heater/ fireplace is such a nice touch. You are in a gated property so we felt completely safe and private. Perfect getaway for the wife and I. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a nice high ceiling. Beautiful space. So happy we got to stay here!

Johnny was very friendly and always quick to respond when I reached out. The house itself was wonderfully located and had all the amenities from a fully stocked coffee bar to crockpot and blender. It was very nicely styled and themed to KC. Plus a covered hot tub! Would come back if I needed an Airbnb in KC

I’ve been here before and I love it it’s so nice to chill and relax. Rhonda went above and beyond and got us hooked up with a fire pit that night we came in after a long stressful trip. We got to hear scratch owls, coyotes, crickets, frogs and some other animals we couldn’t make out for sure. Super quiet and relaxing, my favorite place in Missouri and the only place I’ll go to when I’m headed through the state :)

This was just as advertised, Jantina was a great host and the house fit great for our group. Jantina even reached out to wish our group good luck with our tournament. I just wish the weather would have cooperated better so we could have enjoyed the back patio and yard. The propane fire pit was a hit though! Thank you for the great stay!

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend

Stayed for one evening and was perfect for our needs. The space was easy to find and access, close to where we needed to be, and Cindy was easy to communicate with. Parking on site was super helpful. The house rules were posted and simple to follow. Exactly what we needed for a short trip.
