Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Edwards

Mike was very responsive! Great house with a lot of amenities! Would rent again if we come back to Breck.

We absolutely loved the place. The house has the most amazing views from all the windows. It is well equipped and very pretty. The surroundings and activities are great. We’ve stayed 20 days and didn’t have enough time to do everything there is to do. Gina was very helpful, she even brought us fresh eggs from the farm. We had all kinds of pasture raise beef, available to us. We didn’t want to leave

Our stay here for a group ski trip was everything we had imagined. The house was very easy to check into and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and silverware/pots that we needed throughout the week. There were 10 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house was very spacious, we felt like we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street in Breck which was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going skiing. The hot tub was fabulous and the pool table downstairs was great to all hang around when we got home for the evening. The only problem we had was that the shower in the Jack and Jill bath did not work, however the host was very accommodating and immediately gave us some money back for the issue. We would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Breck.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Jason was very friendly as well. We will definitely be going back. Huge living room space, very clean, great views! Thank you, Jason. I had no complaints!!!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this is officially ranked #1

Solid cabin close to resorts

Lovely house not too far from Main Street. The view was incredible and the house was perfect for our little group.

The home was beautiful. The area is quiet, peaceful, and wonderful views. The host was very quick at responding to our messages. Very easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend this home.

Daniel was an amazing host! We were able to book his home last minute with his immediate response and assistance to my inquiry. The home is beautiful, as described in the listing and pictures match. He sends easy to read detailed information for the home which was nice. From the absolutely STUNNING views, heated floors, the steam shower in the master bedroom, surround sound living room system to the sledding toys provided, we had an amazing time at Daniel’s home. We plan to return in the future❤️

We had an amazing time at David's place (Westin Mountain Villas.) Everything was exactly as described. We had a huge place with a washer/dryer (necessity) and we were steps away from the gondola. We didnt need to use the ski valet service because we were so close. In the late afternoons, we found ourselves in the Westin bar area where we could always find a seat and good cocktails. We ventured out to see friends at the Park Hyatt and it was so crowded and packed we were so happy to escape back to our area. Overall, a fantastic vacation with great service (we prefer people not bother us during a stay and we only contacted the front desk to get the trash taken out.) Thanks David for such great value. We had a memorable vacation.

Condo was spacious and we loved having the kitchen with lots of amenities! Washer and dryer was nice too as we could wash and dry our clothes after snow skiing and ice fishing. We enjoyed the view, fireplace, and watching the bowl games on tv. It was right on the shuttle route to go to the lifts. Nice place in Keystone!

Beautiful home! The views from the living room and porch will take your breath away. Space was wonderful for a large group. We were able to be together with plenty of space but also able to spread out when needed.

Great place to stay. Right on the slopes with hot tubs and lockers for your skis or snowboards.

We had a wonderful stay at Jays cabin. We enjoyed a snowy, cozy Christmas! The cabin has everything you need. My family enjoyed the wood burning stove and the hot tub was nice too. The local store , Almart, had everything we needed to cook a meal at the cabin and we also enjoyed pizza one night at the South Park Saloon. We loved staying at the cabin and would definitely love to stay again!

Family of 4 with two girls ages 10 and 12 yrs. Booked this cabin due to proximity to Loveland ski area and it worked out great. It's about a 10-20 minute drive to the ski area, even with the heavy traffic that happens on I-70. Be aware the cabin is just off the highway, and while the highway, and main road/ exit was well maintained and plowed, the entry to the cabin itself/ driveway had heavy snow coverage. We were in a rental car with all wheel drive, bought snow chains to be safe, but ended up not using them. We managed fine but it was definitely dicey. Property management did send a plow truck the next day after a big snow storm, to plow the drive, which was helpful. The cabin itself is cozy. The electric fireplace kept it plenty warm, and we used the wood stove for a fire each morning. Loved the hot tub after skiing all day. This is a much nicer experience than staying at a cramped condo at a big ski resort!

Lisa was incredibly accommodating from the minute we arrived. She allowed us some flexibility from the moment we arrived and was incredibly responsive when we had an incident. Amenities as described. Would definitely stay again - thank you very much!

Our family stayed at Jessica’s cabin in FairPlay this December, and it was perfect! The cabin had all the amenities and extras we needed to feel at home, with plenty of space for our group of eight across two floors. The location offered a great mix of privacy and convenience, just 40-50 minutes from Breckenridge. Jessica was a fantastic, responsive host, and we highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway!”

The house was perfect for our family of 4. My daughter loved the snow in the ample backyard. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing. Overall, loved the place.

Beautiful home, with even more beautiful sights. I would definitely recommend AWD vehicle if staying in the wintertime. 30 minutes away from Breckenridge, very peaceful and cozy!!

Beautiful large home that hosted my family of 7! Everything was so clean and welcoming upon check in. We had absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home. From cookware to making breakfasts/ dinners to being brought extra propane for the outdoor grill. The surrounding area was just breathtaking, we loved waking up in the morning and hearing the flow of the river beside us. Couldn’t have picked a better cabin to stay at, nor better hosts! Thank you for having us. :)
