The hosts were friendly and welcomed us. The house was small as seen in the photos, but useful, and most importantly, clean. Thankfully, Mr. Gökhan provided flexible check-in and we entered the house before the specified time. They gave us local advice.

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. Ms. Duygu was very caring and responsive from our first trip to the first check-in. We had a friendly and friendly check-in. Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

We had a great holiday at Mustafa's place. The sea and the beach were very close, clean and very nice. The supermarket was next door almost as easy as reaching out to the fridge. The house doesn't have a lot of furniture and not necessarily new, which was an advantage for us with two kids. Other than the supermarket there is not much around, so we needed to take taxi to go to the open market, restaurant or a pharmacy but they were also all within 10-15 min car ride. I arranged this summer house in december to visit in august. I did half of the payment in December in euros but Mustafa apparently received it in Turkish liras. The house was not pricey but Mustafa thought that what I paid was not sufficient due to inflation and I had to renegotiate the price with him 6 days before our arrival, we luckily managed to agree on a price at that time. So i recommend not to book this house in very advance.

We loved it! The place was spotless with newer amenities and lots of space. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large balconies. It had a washer and drying rack which came in handy for our longer trip. The view from the balconies were beautiful and the design of the building was as well. It was across the street from the crystal clear beach (recommend goggles to see the fish and ocean shoes to enter the beach more comfortably). We booked it on the road and the friendly hosts were flexible and had it ready for us by the time we arrived. The flowers at the entry were also pleasant. Would definitely love to stay again.

Mr. Ege is a caring and kind host, we thank him very much. The house is very close to the sea and you can swim in the sea by walking about 100 meters. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the use of the residents and quite calm. The sea does not immediately deepen, it is very nice for non-swimmers and families with children. The dinners with a sunset view on the terrace of the house are very pleasant and ideal for making a barbecue. There is a convenience store with only bread and water within walking distance of the house. Transportation to the markets is 10 minutes away by car. There are also Ayvalik dolmuș from the stop, which is 5 minutes by walk from the house. Despite this, you will be more comfortable if you come by car. Perfect choice for those who want to have a calm holiday away from the eye, a perfect place to rest your head. If you want to get bored and mingle with the crowd, Ayvalik and Cunda are 15 and 20 minutes away. We left very satisfied, thank you...

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family.
