Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Edmonson County

Lane’s place was the perfect spot for a gathering with friends. While Mammoth Cave and other attractions are about an hour away, the drive is beautiful. The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Everything was as advertised. We had one small hiccup with the oven and Lane was very quick to respond and get it fixed. 7 adults and 1 dog fit comfortably.

Great home and location! The house was clean and fit our family perfectly. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the kitchen essentials, board games, hot tub towels, charcoal, firewood, goodie bag and more. We enjoyed the front porch morning and evening. I wish we had scheduled more time there!

We had a great experience. There were 8 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the deck.

This place was very nice and more spacious than I thought it would be based on the pictures. The yard was great— 4 separate sitting areas, and a badminton net and equipment too that we had a lot of fun playing with. The grill was clean and ready to go, there was firewood available, and before we even noticed it was low our host came by with more coffee. Comfortable beds too!

Tara's home is beautiful, and the provided directions and home instructions are very helpful! She thought of everything you might need. The house is quite large and comfortable for groups!

Very clean, more space to spread out than we expected, had everything we needed in the kitchen, internet and tv worked great, and the location is very close to Mammoth Cave National Park!

So much fun! We did a short three night stay and had a great trip. The house is in a very peaceful location, and is really pretty inside. Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the ten of us to spread out. We brought our dog, who also felt right at home. We went to Mammoth Cave one day, and rented a pontoon boat from Moutardier Marina. I would highly recommend this house and hosts! Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful.

The house is beautiful and the setting is amazing. If you have older people on your group be sure to get the golf cart. The driveway is pretty steep and hard to walk up after a long day of swimming. Overall a fantastic secluded property for our family vacation.

We have stayed at several different places in the Leitchfield area. This one, by far, takes the cake! The apartment was absolutely stunning when we walked in. Very clean and luxurious feeling. We will definitely be returning guests next time we visit Leitchfield!

Wil was extremely kind & very helpful! He was great to rent from!! (Only put 4 stars on location because we got there in the dark & the location is out in the country, so could have been hard to find, but Wil gave AMAZING instructions & we did not get lost!!)

This place is very cute! It was a wonderful stay for a quick weekend to Kentucky with a couple family members. Very clean space and close to downtown where there are shops and food that is walkable. There was also a dog bed and food bowls available upon arrival for my pup. Mary Jane was also a great communicator before our arrival, during for questions, and after our departure. Highly recommend this place to stay!!
