Vacation rentals with a patio in Edisto River

Great location and easy to access condo and the beach. Our rental bikes were parked right outside the condo. The screened in porch was lovely for breakfast and cocktails before going out to dinner. Great to have 2 beach chairs provided too!

very respectful upbeat personality and generally a great person. supplied all the main amenities. I flew across the United States to undergo a serious brain surgery procedure, she was available to all of my requests and replied back as soon as possible she also added a very sturdy ramp and railguard on the side of the three stairs going into the main house. her courtesy could not be matched and she is one of the best top notch airbnbs in this area. also to make my stay more comfortable and more at home she asked me what types of drinks and snacks and breakfast items that I would like upon arrival and fulfilled each request. I've never had this type of service at an Airbnb before and was blown away on the cleanliness and high standards of care that she has for the people that stay in her homes also she reached out to me to see if I'd like anything washed like the bathroom rugs and the kitchen towels. this Airbnb is only about 5 minutes away from CHS airport and is well located.

Maddie could not have been a more gracious and communicative host had she tried! The place is just a stone's throw from all the fun shops and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. We totally enjoyed staying there and would recommend to anyone interested in doing so. She did all she could and more to make our stay from beginning to end one we would always remember with fun and fond memories.

Darling and comfy condo right on the golf course, with a deck overlooking it. Everything was great and we highly recommend it.

The unit is exactly as described and pictured! Cleaner than clean! Great kitchen layout and everything needed was there to host a family Thanksgiving feast. Just steps away from the popular Habersham MarketPlace shops, businesses and restaurants. Lots of Habersham amenities to use and explore! Highly recommended and well stay here again! Jason was great and easy to communicate through the whole process!

Very nice and convienient place to stay for my father. It is a single level which is hard to find. We had a hot water heater issue, through no fault of the host, during the stay but it was replaced within 36 hours. Lauren ane Joseph were very responsive and helpful. The cost is competitive with others in the area.

Lovely home very nice an clean..it was actually what we was looking for quiet neighborhood n big enough for us to be comfortable in n the host was very helpful with letting me know special details about the house..

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

Really enjoyed our stay. My family of 5 were traveling and needed a place to get some rest. We couldn’t be more pleased with what we found. Everything was as described and we immediately felt at home. We were able to get in easily and the place was perfectly cleaned (even to my wife’s standards!). They were very responsive via chat as well whenever I had a question.

We will definitely be staying here again! The hosts were awesome! Excellent communication. They immediately took care of any issues we had. The house was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House is in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to stores and restaurants. Can't wait for our next stay!

Beautiful home conveniently located near plenty of amenities and not too far from the recruit depot. Bryan and his team are excellent hosts and are very responsive. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed during our stay.

We were four of us girls - each with a separate bedroom and was pleasantly surprised to have a smart tv in each. I love watching a little tv before bed - so that was nice. Every room had all the necessities, bathroom - with shampoo, soaps etc., kitchen all you needed to cook meals - we made one large meal on one night and it was easy to find everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. I really can't say anything negative about her house and our stay, except it was a bit of a drive to downtown and plantation we visited, but nothing exorbitant and fairly close to airport for one of our group to get picked up. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood, the pool to sit out at and just chat and saving some dollars from being in town. Everyone enjoyed the trip and Renee's home. She definitely goes out of her way to be a great host!

Absolutely gorgeous home! our family had an amazing time staying here! Beautiful, beautiful home, well thought put for the guest and the littles ones too. definitely recommend it if you are thinking about. we loved it and had a good time in this home. Location for us was perfect, was peaceful and safe. the communication with the host was excellent too. nothing negative to say from our end but thank you. very likely to stay here when back. thank you again.

We stayed at Dawn's place for 2 nights over Thanksgiving. She was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Will definitely rent from her again.

Wonderful time! Extremely responsive hosts and their place had the best views of the water and sunsets every night! Easy access to the beach and appreciated the beach chairs they had. Ate most meals on the deck as the shrimp boats and dolphins entertained us! Thanks for the peaceful and relaxing time.

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.

Loved this place! Great location, convenient and quick drive to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Airbnb was clean and perfect for a weekend. Great porch with swing. Wish we had more time to enjoy!

Everything was great! We had a wonderful time there. It was not quite what we expected, but it was perfect in every way.

The condo is on the third floor with a walk up. There is plenty of parking. The views were gorgeous. There are cute sitting areas on the balconies, with ceiling fans. Two full bathrooms. Tons of natural light. We didn't cook while we were in town, but the kitchen has plenty of dishes, as well as, pots and pans. We had a great stay.
