Battista's house is a great starting point for discovering the coast near Alghero. Whether you're going to Capo Caccia or heading north, the location is perfect for getting there without any problems and in a short time. Also, if you don't want to travel too long, the beaches are very close. At the same time, for those arriving by plane, the house is close to the airport (but not so close that they are disturbed by the noise of the planes), which is very useful to get there and leave the house. Everything is very well cared for, starting from the outdoor garden, all the way inside. The place is great for relaxing days. Battista is very welcoming and ready to provide the necessary directions. All these things make your home a great starting point for a nice vacation from the parts of Alghero.

Lovely villa in the hills outside of Alghero. Beautiful garden with olive grove. Pool was lovely and clean. Kitchen has all you need for a few days and nice big fridge, although no oven. Nice and peaceful and Riccardo was on hand to help whenever we needed it. Very nice hosts who made sure that we had everything we needed. We arrived late and they made sure that we had stuff for breakfast the next day. Would recommend this for another trip. Alghero only a 5 minute drive away and not far to all the nice beaches.

Lovely setting with views over the sea to the front, and hills at the back. We enjoyed the terrace. Peaceful location and friendly donkeys in the field nextdoor. Roberto met us to guide us to the home. Located centrally to explore the coast. If we were in this area again we would stay here again. Thanks Roberto.

We really liked the place. The terrace in front of the house and on the roof were the highlight. There are many additional blankets available for cooler evenings on the terrace. It has two showers, very comfortable beds and except for a somewhat small kitchen, everything is very comfortably furnished. We were 5 people and we didn't miss anything. Communication with Matteo was straightforward and fast. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the days at the house. Gianluca was always available for us. Thank you also for letting us into the house earlier. The rooms are rustic, but everything was cozy. We were happy to use the three terraces when the mosquitoes left us. In the fall, you should always have mosquito repellent with you.

If you are looking for peace and love nature, this is the place to be. The complex is beautifully located overlooking the sea. There were four of us with 2 big kids here and there was nothing missing (well, a 4th cereal bowl and a teapot for tea drinkers - are the only thing I missed). We enjoyed the spacious terrace and always found a place to dine outdoors even with the frequent west wind. With small children it may be a little unfavorable, as the beaches within walking distance require hiking shoes and the in-house beach almost requires climbing experience. But just right for us! We had a very nice vacation and implemented many hiking recommendations and they were always nice.

A huge thank you to Giovanni for being a great host, for his responsiveness and a delicate attention! We had a truly amazing stay at the house! It was perfect in all ways possible. The house is beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will fall in love with the sunset views from the patio and fully enjoy the star gazing on a clear night so look no further:) The house is ideally located in a close proximity to numerous beaches, several large grocery stores, great restaurants and a vibrant city center, while being tucked away in a quiet residential zone. We traveled with two kids and the size is ideal for a family of four. The kids were ecstatic about the bunk bed. We are already planning our next visit to the beautiful island of Sardinia and with no doubt will be looking forward to another stay at Giovanni's house!

A perfect home for a relaxing stay facing the sea. We enjoyed the walks from the house along the sea and into the countryside. In the village of Palmadula there is a small supermarket and a very good farm-inn. For those wishing to rent a car in advance, avoid low cars because to access the house you have to take a sloping dirt road with holes. Filippo gave us plenty of tips for our stay and he is very responsive. A great place.
