This home was absolutely charming, cozy and fantastically appointed. The beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. All bedrooms and bathrooms were prestine. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and welcoming....outside of skiing we barely wanted to leave as we enjoyed the space so much. The fireplaces warmed us up quickly and the hot tub was constantly hot as soon as we were ready to jump in and enjoy the view from the top floor after long days of skiing. The owners were very kind and responded very quickly. We can't wait to visit again.

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

Perfect home for a family, couples or a friends getaway. Location is perfectly placed to downtown Tahoe City and minutes away from river rafting or Kings Beach. Quiet neighborhood with nicely manicured homes. Access to the garage which makes parking easy, and not limited. Home has everything you would need from comfortable beds, kitchen essentials and games for all ages. Views of the lake are limited (growing trees) but just enough to sit on the deck on the outdoor furniture for coffee, meals or evening beverages. Pet friendly home that doesn’t smell like one!!! Donna and Josh were amazingly responsive to everything, with zero delays in response time. One of the rafts was missing a plug and Josh went to three different stores to make sure we had one before leaving for the river. Plenty of outdoor lake toys as well as a ping pong table in the garage. We WILL be renting again and be sharing this location with friends and family as I am sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.

We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. Dessi'splace a 5 🌟. A really amazing location ⛱️ with so many amenities that she offered and provided. Walking distance to grocery stores, a quick bite to eat, A 10 minute walk to The ski run marina 🛳. Also a shuttle bus near by.. Dessi is responsive, with good communication and gave us recommendations about what to do. Thank you for having us.

Its location was incredibly convenient, with Stateline just down the street and several grocery stores nearby. The hot tub was a wonderful feature—easy to use and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at Devin’s cabin at the end of the March ski season. Everything was clean and comfortable inside, and peaceful and beautiful outside. It’s super conveniently located, with restaurants, grocery stores, activities, parks, and the lake all about a five minute drive away. We did some cooking and the place had all the necessities. If you are planning to stay with a toddler or dog like we did, be aware that the house is just off a busy road. There are also lots of books and a few toys that were much appreciated! It was fun to walk through the back of the property in a winter setting, and I imagine it is equally, if not more, incredible in the summer. Devin was also easygoing and one of the most responsive hosts I have ever communicated with.

Brook’s place is amazing. The location is walking to everything in Kings Beach but also very quiet. The photos don’t do the yard justice, it’s GIANT. The house is spacious and cozy. It is very well thought out and has everything you could need for a long term stay. Brook is a great host, super communicative and friendly. We were so lucky to find the place and can’t wait to be back. Thank you!!!

Ana's condo was perfect for my needs. Having a washer & dryer to use was a real bonus! 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds was much appreciated. The kitchen and eating area was perfect... even a variety of spices was provided. Very convenient location to restaurants, grocery store and a NEW HEALTH FOOD STORE with a large variety of products. You will love Ana's condo!
