We were kindly welcomed during our stay. With our dog we enjoyed the house. For with 2 adults it is really a big house. We had very warm weather and could therefore use the swimming pool. The pool was under a tree so unfortunately leaves and other things came in quickly. We were already told they will most likely move them next year. Fortunately, you could cover and clean the pool with a net. There is plenty to do in the area within walking, cycling or driving distance. But if you want to do “nothing” for a day, it's also wonderful. Definitely recommended!!

What a home! Amazing. We took advantage of all this family space and there were many (19) from 1 to 65 years old and everyone felt good and found their place there. The cinema is a feast for our 2 rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were all able to eat at the same table which is very rare! Thank you again

It's been the 2nd year that we have come to this spacious, welcoming and well "to our liking" house, with its library, musical instruments, foosball and large garden (which helped us withstand the prolonged heatwave). Yann is a generous and thoughtful host. We enjoyed the quality of the contact and the few moments of pleasant and interesting conversations. House and garden are very well equipped, nothing is missing - except maybe 2, 3 m² in the bathroom, when there are a few of us, but it did not present any inconvenience. The region offers a wide variety of walks, excursions, hikes, visits - not to mention swimming in this beautiful Lac du Bourget. Forgetting the rather painful hours due to the weather, we stayed there, with our children and with our little girl a great stay. Chantal and Volker

Fantastic location with a creek in the garden. About 12 km to the lake shore of Annecy. The house has a great kitchen with a great stove that invites you to cook and bake. The only downside is that the next reasonable shopping is in Annecy. Unfortunately, there is nothing without a car. We rented the house for a few days for mobile work. But the secluded, quiet location was great. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

A superb fall getaway at this brand new and tastefully decorated home. In particular, we really enjoyed the all-wood interior, as well as the terrace and living room exposed to full sun, which allowed us to have lunch outside in early November! A luxury. The accommodation is located 10-15 minutes from Clairvaux-les-Lacs, and is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites in the region. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay at William's place. We discovered the cottage last year and this year we went back .

A perfect home to share good times with multiple families with kids. Very large rooms with large table, large sofa, spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with fondue and raclette appliances, lots of baby equipment available on request ... We loved the children's dormitory: the bunk beds, the decor ... really nice! Wishlist also for the children's play area. It really has everything you need in this house and even more! The garden is like the house: garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, boulodrome ... Thanks again to Aurelie and Thierry for their welcome and flexibility for check-in and check-out. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful quiet house in the countryside. Spacious enough for 10 people without stepping on it. The outside (we were lucky over time) allowed us to enjoy the great garden with mountain views. Lots of games and toys for kids, a real plus! Julien is very responsive and has good tips.

Our overall stay at this villa was very good, with several notable pros and a few cons. Pros: 1. Photographs Match Reality:The photos of the villa are accurate. 2. Spacious and Well-Lit:The villa offers plenty of space and natural light. 3. Well-Furnished and Beautifully Designed:Stylish interior with comfortable furnishings. 4. Stunning Views:Beautiful views over Geneva and the surrounding mountains. 5. Well-Equipped Kitchen:Easy to prepare meals with the well-stocked kitchen. 6. Excellent Wi-Fi:Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the villa. 7. Helpful Host:Clear instructions on villa operations and restaurant recommendations. Cons: 1. No Air Conditioning:The lack of AC was an issue during warm days. 2. Presence of Personal Items:Clothes, toiletries, and open foods were present; we would prefer more privacy. 3. Lack of Outdoor Dining Furniture:No outdoor dining furniture as described. 4. Unexpected Visitors:People living downstairs, which was not mentioned, causing some unease.

Fantastic large home in beautiful surroundings. lovely view of lake geneva and surrounding mountains. very peaceful and 10 minute walk to local village with small shop, resturant, cafe and bakery. 15 minute drive to geneva or can get bus from down the road. house very clean and owners extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend
