Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

A friend and I decided to do a staycation over at Michael's and it was an absolutely lovely home with beautiful thoughtful decor that made our visit very relaxing. We stayed inside and read books while overlooking the gorgeous view, and could brunch in Fishkill or Peekskill nearby. The only snag was checking in; there was no key in the lockbox and no quick response while we tried to figure out how to get in. Fortunately, though the door was locked (the deadbolt was unlocked, & the doorknob lock was locked) the door was not fully pushed closed, so door was in effect open/not locked, and we could go straight inside. Confusing. Again I didn't take off any points, still rated this a 5 star experience! Would love to stay again some time in the future if I need a place to work from home.

My brother and his kids really enjoyed it. Upon arriving, the kids were exploring like it was Christmas morning - all excited and happy. Everything needed was there and the neighborhood was safe.

My family of four had a fantastic stay at Ann’s very special home. From the location to the layout, to all the thoughtful and considerate details, it lacks for nothing and exceeded all expectations. It is charming and comfortable - a rare and valued find - we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return! Thanks for your hospitality.

My son and I visited a school nearby and the property was great fit for us - only 10 minutes from the school and hockey rink, exactly what we needed.

Paula's home was the perfect weekend getaway for my family, and the only thing better than the location was the weather. We were able to enjoy the beautiful lakefront and walk around the neighborhood as well as enjoy all the sights to see in the neighboring town. The house was spacious enough to relax while also having fun and making new memories. We would love to stay here again in the future!

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)

Viviana was very helpful and responsive. The property was exactly as described and a great place to stay for a short-term visit.

It's a lovely apartment that was very clean quite spacious and comfortable. Just a short minute or two drive to a few restaurants and to Daryl's house. We had a great time!

From start to finish this was a great stay. Perfect sized apartment for my wife, daughter and I and has absolutely everything you need. Eulis was a great communicator, responsible and helpful. We’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Located near Harriman State Park, Bear Mountain Park and Stony Point NY in the Hudson River Valley. Quiet, cute well stocked location. Tracey-Ann was very responsive and made sure the stay was comfortable.

The place was clean and was ready for us before the official check-in. It was homey, spacious, and gave us just what we needed. The house in the abnb app (and Google Maps where it's from) is not the right one; it's actually right next to the fire house, which is the one you see on Google Maps. It's close to everything you need in Cold Spring and a short 8-minute walk to the supermarket. A good find!

Ann Marie was incredible, and so was the space! It was clean, freshly stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Ann Marie was incredibly attentive and communcative. She left absolutely no stone unturned and was available if we needed anything at all - she even came out while I was cleaning snow off of my car to give me a better brush to make that easier as well. I've stayed at a number of Bnb's in the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, I cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't regret it. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had a great time there, thx to Dan. It was spacious and cozy. The lake view from the place is fabulous! And, on the top of all, everything in the house was neat and clean. We will definitely find this place again if thinking of Ossining again😃

We stayed at Brian’s place for a weekend birthday getaway for a group of 12. Brian’s place had everything we needed, from games, enough rooms/beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, a gorgeous kitchen, dining room and living room area and of course a large hot tub that was perfect. Location was gorgeous, nice and private. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of four had a wonderful winter weekend at Erma’s house. The house was comfortable, even during a winter storm. Erma made sure to have the driveway plowed, so we could still enjoy a day of skiing. And the sunset views were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect way to disconnect and find peace. I wish I knew about Sticks and Stones sooner. The location is perfectly tucked away in the woods, with beautiful views and lots to explore. The staff are very friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. I cant wait to spend another weekend at Sticks and Stones in the near future!

We booked Jordyn’s cabin in search of a quiet place to rest and relax over the holidays, and her home certainly delivered! The cabin is cozy, and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. From falling asleep to the sound of the creek to relaxing by the fire, it was exactly what we needed. In addition to the cabin being spotless, Jordyn is responsive, proactive, and provided clear directions on how to access the cabin and use the indoor fireplace and outdoor wood-fired hot tub. We’d recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you, Jordyn!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

The cabin interior was absolutely stunning! Wanted a cute cabin for a little winter getaway with a cozy fireplace and evening in with the winter landscape and this place delivered on exactly that The babbling brook is beautiful and the house was very easy to get to There isn't too much to do in the town of new Milford but the cute diners and taverns were delicious. Lori and Cecilia were very communicative and the entire process from booking to checkout was easy

Great place for a couple, my boyfriend and I loved the setup and it was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Honestly, a remarkable experience. Mister’s home was perfect. Reminded of us of our own family cabin. The vinyl collection was superior. We were bumping ‘tunes’ the entire weekend. We highly recommend misters cabin. Mister was entirely communicative the entire time. Always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin smelled lovely upon arrival. We literally could not have asked for anything more from Mister. Again, highly recommend staying here. We appreciate Mister and his wife for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you both so much!!
