An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

Fabulous place, ideally located. Very responsive host who also organised some great trips for us. We had a brilliant two weeks, house has everything you need for a family celebration holiday, is only a short drive from the airport and a short drive from Dubrovnik old town. Taxis and Ubers very easy to get and lots to do nearby; mountains, museums, beach, walking, swimming, wine tasting, restaurants, beautiful scenery everywhere. This place has it all!

The villa was amazing! We were 7 adults and 5 kids (2 toddlers and one baby) and everyone loved it. It was really good that everyone had their own bathroom. Ivana provided us with a baby strollers so we didn't need to take our own from Finland. She also replied our messages very quickly. The pool was amazing and kitchen supplies were perfect for big group.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to guide us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately approached us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They lived in the small cottage that is exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream. The apartments have everything you need to live and near the villa there are plenty of shops and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boats for swimming. No matter what we needed, the family was always there. The pool was also nice, large and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes take off. Thank you for everything

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

I wanted to share how truly wonderful our host Dora was during our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Whether it was providing helpful local tips or quickly addressing any request, her hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We felt truly cared for, and it made all the difference in our stay!

The Villa was beautiful and in a great location!

Such a great place to stay - the villa had everything you would want. Stunning views across to Brac. Locally there are a couple of bars / restaurants to walk to. Only 15mins into Omiš for more options as well as adventure options including zip line, rafting etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Stunning views across the lake. The villa was perfect for what we wanted. I’m sure we will return in the future.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Had a great family vacation at Villa Z6. The house has everything you need to have a great vacation with teenagers. Beautiful and exquisite furnishings. Mark as a point of contact on site was always very helpful and flexible. Thanks for everything! Absolute recommendation!

Absolutely recommended! Everything was great! The time in the villa was very pleasant and Maja was very helpful as a hostess, full of great tips and recommendations for activities and restaurants - all of them excellent. Villa very clean and spacious, modern and equipped with everything you could wish for, including a great grill. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the time in Villa Lucella very much. We were 9 people, although the villa also offers relaxed space for 10-15 people. The accommodation with all the amenities corresponded 1:1 to the expectation and the pictures. Everything was very clean and modern. The landlord's parents live next door, which we perceived as rather positive and uncomplicated. We particularly liked the great sports facilities (beach volleyball, tennis incl. floodlight), which we used intensively as well as the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised that each room had its own bathroom. The only negative criticism is the repeated smell of smoke in one of the bathrooms in connection with the grilling (came through the ventilation). All in all we had a great and uncomplicated week and would be happy to come back.

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten track, but you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches by car in no time. The amenities are new and upscale. The pool was also cleaned for half of our stay, and we also regularly used the hot tub and sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. On request, we were also able to check in earlier. All in all a very nice stay in Istria.

The place was amazing!! It is located in a peaceful area with lots of nature surrounding it. It was also very spacious with many rooms every one with its own private bathroom and shower. The host was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay! I definitely recommend!
