Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Easter Island

This was, by far, our best Airbnb stay so far. Céline is a wonderful host, Easter Island is amazing, and Hare Natura is perfect. Communication before arrival was great, and was equally good during our stay. The airport pickup and tour through town were fun and welcoming. The house itself was perfect for us (one couple and a friend). We ended up not doing a whole lot of cooking, but the kitchen would have been fine if we had. Everything was very clean and tidy, and quite comfortable for three. The porch is a great place to sit out a rain shower or just to stare at the sea, and the gardens around the house are very interesting. Céline herself is the perfect host - attentive and friendly while respecting privacy, and very helpful with recommendations of places to hike, swim, eat, etc. We also appreciated being able to rent a car when we wanted to, though we did enjoy the walk to town. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it, but if you want to discover Rapa Nui on your own, from a comfortable, convenient, beautiful place, with friendly and helpful host, Hare Natura is ideal.

The house is wonderful with a great comfortable space and the host is a super good service and welcome. It was a wonderful few days.

Great location. Walkable to town, swimming spot, and the moai sunset spot. Clean, spacious, and plenty of hot water. The cabin cools at night, even on hot days, so the inside temp is manageable with the one fan. All the windows have screens to keep out the buggies. A big jug of water is supplied. Bonus: the family also runs the store located at the front of the property for food and drink needs. Recommended.

Beyond being a perfect accommodation, it was the kindness and helpfulness of Tuhi and his family. They are loving, we shared a lot and they helped us spend 10 days on the wonderful island. The island is more than the moais, there are very nice people who want to convey the wonder that is Rapa Nui. Please, future tourists, you should stay more than 5 days on the island and share with the people. It is a wonderful island with unique people! Lovely place to stay. The environment full of nature, the song of the roosters, the birds in the mornings, the flowers, the banana trees, the tranquility itself made a perfect stay for us. The cabin is very comfortable and Andres is an excellent host, worried, oriented us, and from the beginning there was fluid communication. There is also another host, who is 4 legs, called chuleta, who by the way went to say hello every day and to have them play with him 💖 I totally recommend this place!!! 💯 Thank you andres for offering comfortable cabanas and a cute, peaceful and surrounded by nature💖

We came to the island as guests and left as family. Miguel, Priscila and all their family are the true gems of the island! You come to Easter Island for the Moais but you come back for the people! Thanks for sharing your culture, your knowledge of the island and your table! Don’t hesitate to book this place! I will miss wandering around with sand on my feet, no keys in my pocket and a piña in one hand! Good luck with baby #2 : he will help daddy build the second house! 😉💪🏼

Excellent price-quality-location in Rapa Nui. Marcos and his wife Jakeline were very hospitable, friendly and made us feel right at home. The cabin is very comfortable and for the price I would definitely come back. Ideal if you like to walk or otherwise, you have to know how to rent a car or taxi to get around from the cabin.

A welcoming family, we felt very comfortable in their cabin. They also offer you all the services: Car rental, souvenir sale, excursions. Very nice stay and the host Paty Pate a rapa nui who is a sweetheart, always very attentive.

We had two cabanas during our stay in Rapa Nui. This one was our favorite because it was very bright and maybe a little more modern. Please refer to our previous review. :)

Patricia’s place was perfect for our stay. Right at the end of the main street so walking anywhere in town was very easy. The space is perfect for a couple and enough in the kitchen to cook simple meals. The shower had good water pressure and hot water and there is an A/C in the bedroom upstairs which is appreciated because it gets very warm in the afternoon sun. Patricia was very helpful with information and arranging guided tours (which is the only way to see the main sites). She greeted us at the airport and took us back on our departure which was very appreciated. Don’t count on reliable cellular or Internet while on the island and you won’t be frustrated.

The location was great. Close to the coast, dive center, coffee and restaurants. The accommodation is quite basic and expect some bugs here and there. All in all, bed was comfy and it was all as expected. If you want a super luxurious spot you'll have to look further though. Oh and airport transfer was great too :)

What a wonderful place to visit! Wonderful place with all the necessary amenities. Loved the location close to the beach and the main “downtown” area. Very easy to get to anywhere on the island. Host was easily accessible and answered all our inquiries before arriving and was excellent on giving advice and recommendations while we were there. 100% would stay again

Right in the heart of the city center, it was great! And it matches the photos completely, you don't have to be too demanding it's one of the cheapest accommodations on the island and I'm glad I found it because everything is very expensive on the island, it was very good there are all the necessary amenities, a small terrace and right in the middle of the shopping street! I thank Frede who was very helpful and friendly during the stay

Everything is comfortable and quiet! A good stay to choose to feel right at home!! From the first moment of communication, Raquel helps you with information for tours and activities. They picked us up at the airport with a flower 🌺 necklace, which is dreamy. They'll also take you, which makes it perfect. Raquel was always attentive to what we needed, very nice and nothing to say about the delicious juices she gave us in the morning!! Her husband José was very calm, always providing good conversation and recommendations on the island. It was a pleasant stay, the cabin has everything you need to spend a few days on the island, you can cook perfectly without problems, with clean sheets and towels, you just have to bring your clothes. 🤗 The cabin is located near the center, you can walk without problems, if you need a car to get to Anakena you can rent a car from Raquel, the cars in the center are much more expensive in comparison. We'd love to go again, maururu! 🤙

Carmen was very kind from start to finish, she cares a lot about the well-being of her guests. He let us in early and we were able to stay a little longer until the taxi arrived to take us. It was great to have a kitchen, given the prices on the island. The setting is beautiful and with lots of light. The beds are very comfortable. Room cleaning is daily.

The family team of Avi and Miti were friendly and responsive hosts. They transported me to and from the airport, and welcomed me there with a fresh, fragrant lei. They also helped me book an excellent, local park guide. The cabana has a stunning view of both moai and open ocean from the wide upstairs deck. Five minute walk to many in-town restaurants...it really is a special spot. If Rapa Nui/Easter Island is on your bucket list, these cabanas will make your vist to this remote isle even more memorable.
