Normally I would start by reviewing the property. However, I am going to start by reviewing Rachel, the owner of the property in Perth. Rachel was property active before, during and end of our stay. Rachel accommodated our special request in respect of, check in and, checking out times. Rachel, a couple of times during our stay, messaged me with information of things happening locally during our stay. Messaging was not intrusive, in fact, we were very greatful of it. If there was an Airbnb category for a rating above 'super-host', then Rachel would fall within it. Now that I have done extolling the virtues of Rachel, as a host, I will move on to her property. WOW! beautiful, everything we/you could want in a beach front located property. Internally, everything you need for a relaxed stay. The on-site facilities are fantastic. Beautiful outdoor pool gets a thumbs up. Beyond the grounds. WOW again. Beautiful beach and loads to do, and places to eat. What a great time we had. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay in this very welcoming guesthouse. The space was very clean and well organized. There are little touches of beauty and positivity that make the place very special. We loved the spa and sitting outside watching the birds and listening to the sounds of life. The bedding was comfortable and there were plenty of provisions for everything we needed. The kitchen had nice appliances and all the things we needed to cook our meals. The hosts were communicative and responsive to any questions or needs. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything was really quite perfect for what we needed and we would definitely stay here again when we are in the Perth Hills area in the future. Carmen was super friendly and helpful. The space was some kind of nirvana; tranquil and lush. Private and despite being in the city of Fremantle you could have thought you were on a tropical island. The vibe of the place was just delightful and the serenity…! Indescribable. Beautiful garden, very south East Asian meets tropical island vibes. Very very cool. Exquisitely appointed and decorated. We felt an immense sense of peace and good vibes. The only place we will choose to stay henceforth.

Amanda's place was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay, and she was so thoughtful in providing toys for my daughter, who had a great time. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the city. Thank you so much for having us, Amanda!

Karina’s place is beautiful. Nice interior and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Pool was barricaded, we felt safe with young children. It was an amazing experience to wake up every morning with lovely animals in front of the bedroom. Too bad it was not harvest season, it was quiet in the farm. The kids loved to relax in hammock. The house is just 10mins drive to Ellenbrook center, nice restaurants and groceries can be easily found. We will highly recommend Poplars to friends.

Perfect little house and excellent for my little dog with the fully enclosed garden/patio area.

An excellent place to stay while visiting family in the neighbouring suburb. Comfortable beds and a short walk to the excellent local farmers market on Saturdays.

Wes was a great host and made us and my Assistance Dog feel very welcome. Wes’s place was nicely presented and welcoming with a homely feel. The lounges were great for relaxing, and the backyard area was a nice open space to relax outside for peaceful evenings. Thanks Wes!

Absolutely stunning property, from top to bottom, location is great, and Laura is the best host I have had the pleasure of dealing with in all my trips. understanding, helpful, responsive, friendly and great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend Laura and property.

Marcus's place in the Salvos building was a unique base for our Perth stay and very well located to walk to the city malls and the ferry to Rottnest Island. It accommodated our group of 6 well. We loved the decor and the filtered natural light coming through the courtyard vines. The upstairs AC unit had to work hard during our stay so was a bit noisy and there are only fans in the bedrooms on the middle level (there was a pretty extreme heat wave in Perth during our stay - otherwise probably wouldn't mention). Marcus was a great host. We arrived to a twinkling Christmas tree and Marcus also offered to personally accept delivery of an item we were having posted for Christmas celebrations. Thanks Marcus!

Trish went above and beyond, she was very lovely! The place was very comfortable and amazing to stay in. Trish was very thoughtful leaving us out fresh fruit, bread, cereal and also duck eggs to enjoy. We would most definitely come back again in a heart beat.

Everything was wonderful! The self check-in was simple and fast thanks to the clear receives instruction and Rami was very friendly and kind. The apartment was cleaned properly, big and complete of all the stuff needed for our stay. Thanks Rami !

Amazing little Cottage in East Freo, great neighbourhood with plenty to do! The space is bigger than it looks and has everything you need and more! The pool is a great bonus for little ones and adults too in the warmer months for use! We absolutely loved our time here in the area and Debbie had been an amazing host the entire time! Highly recommend this place if looking to stay in the area!

I had a great stay at the apartment. The location is fantastic and very convenient if you are there for a conference at the conference centre. Kings Park is close by as well. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need!

Situated in MosmanPark, close to beach, easy access to CBD (Victoria St or MosmanPark st). Replacement buses during maintenance run without delays. Getting to the gym is challenging (I went to Claremont SnapFitness), there aren't gyms nearby. There’s a well-stocked and affordable Coles close. Ideal for who want to live near the ocean (we started surfing at NorthFreo). Beaches from North Freo to Cottesloe within walking distance along coastal path. House in excellent condition and well equipped, extra amenities, not essential but appreciated. We encountered an electrical issue with the USB socket, but owners resolved it promptly. Area expensive but it's worth every penny. There isn't a washing machine, but a laundry area on the ground floor. We couldn’t use the pool in this period, but we enjoyed at the beach. Sixth floor, don't leave clothes out without clothespins (too windy). There’s a tree in front of the apartment that attracts plenty of birds and parrots and kookaburra, wonderful!

Wonderful, really nice and very hospitable hosts. We felt right at home in the beautiful private space and gorgeous gardens. Perth hills never disappoint not only due to its beauty, but also the kind and friendly people. Sally and her husband are wonderful people whose home is set in a wonderful picturesque landscaped garden. We wished we could have stayed a bit longer to get to know them more. Will definitely be back when next we’re in the hills on a holiday.
