One km from Matrei in Osttirol, apartment is good even if it's not brand new. Good comfort and enough space for a few days' stay. Exceptional environment in the middle of the mountains. Miriam is very helpful and communicates quickly and effectively. Very nice stay.

Highly recommended accommodation with fantastic views of the mountains from the kitchen-living room. Perfect for a ski holiday - good connection with a ski bus stop nearby. Very friendly and easy-going hosts! :-)

VACATION HOME - SUN VIEW in the garden of the Dolomites

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.

Wow. Where to start. The location is stunning. You really are up a mountain looking out at the most amazing views. Everything was perfect, lovely warm chalet, immaculately clean, cosy with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful sauna with views of the mountain. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was warm and relaxing sat out looking at the clear starry night sky. Location is fun to reach and thankful it didn’t snow, but worth the drive up the mountain. You won’t be disappointed visiting this wonderful place. Hosts very responsive and drinks in the fridge on arrival. X

With heart, the "schrägles Häuschen" is just beautiful, decorated with love and worth an experience. The neighborhood is super friendly and welcomes everyone warmly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Helena was easily accessible and warmly welcomed us. The surrounding area is very nice. We spent 3 days skiing and in the sauna in the Dolomitenbad. A perfect winter vacation for us. We will be happy to come back in the summer! 🌞

Our stay was fantastic! The chalet was really nice and exactly as described. And the view from the balcony is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Super convenient for the Großglockner high alpine road and a trip into the north of Italy. Hosts were very polite, chatty and friendly, especially when we bumped into them in a nearby restaurant. The place itself was a dream! Clean, spacious, tasteful and high-quality furnishings, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms. The location in Döllach is perfect for nature lovers. We were able to set off on numerous hikes directly from the property and explore the breathtaking scenery. Communication was excellent; Valentina was always available for questions and gave us great tips on local attractions and restaurants. Overall, our stay was simply memorable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Many thanks to Valentina, our Superhost, for the great experience!

Just perfect! We felt at home from the first second we were welcomed by Margit. Margit is the nicest, warmest and most hospitable landlady we have ever experienced. She spoiled us with a cake right away, the rest of the week we could continue to enjoy your excellent cooking skills. THANKS again for that! The apartment was clean, a top equipped kitchen, perfectly equipped with everything. Very nice modern high quality sauna! The apartment is a dream, we didn't miss anything. We were so pleased with our stay here with our friends. The kids loved sharing a room with two bunk beds and the adults found their rooms to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and there's a big dining table to fit everyone. The details of the recent remodel are really amazing. Everywhere you look there's a clever re-purposing of some piece of skiing or mountaineering equipment. The overall feel is a perfect combination of rustic charm and modern convenience. The location is excellent with the feel of a small village. There are hikes outside the door and the wonders of the Dolomites are just a short drive away Finally, the host is friendly and responsive with lots of suggestions for dining, activities, etc Highly recommend

It was a dream and exactly the vacation we wanted. It is exactly as described. A beautiful mountain cabin - we were there for ourselves and could enjoy the tranquility and just completely switch off. Everything is clean, and the heated pool outside was the greatest luxury for us. We sat in the warm water in the evening and looked at the stars. The road up the mountain is, as others have already written, a real mountain road, but for me with a normal car it was quite feasible. Arrival and departure also worked out great, Madlyn picked us up down the street and accompanied us to the hut. I truly recommend this place!

We loved the place with Andrea and Rudolf! It is beautifully quietly nestled in the nature. Perfect for families and couples who like to have tobogganing, hiking or just having a nice view. Nevertheless, there are many shopping and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You have the whole house to yourself and you immediately feel comfortable. It is lovingly decorated with nice details. And of course everything very clean! We can't wait for the next visit.

We had a great time! The house is in a beautiful, very quiet valley, surrounded by nature and silence. For those who love walks, solitude, the sounds of beautiful Austrian nature, this is the ideal place. The house is very nice, functional and comfortable. Just a little bit far from the towns. It is useful to have a car to get around the many natural sites and the various villages around. Martina is a great host: very kind, discreet and attentive to our every request. She welcomed us and assisted us impeccably.

The accommodation is a real dream to switch off and enjoy the tranquility. We felt completely comfortable. Worth mentioning are the large balcony, the sparkling clean furnishings, the bread service. There's nothing missing. And the many tips for excursions from Gabi inspired us. We will be happy to come back.

Very peaceful and nice place to visit Austria and moutains all around. The appartment is petfectly cleaned before our stay. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. We can park our two cars with safety. We enjoy a lot this place and we highly recommand.

We had a wonderful time in the loft in stunningly beautiful rooms that were furnished with a lot of love for detail and everything you need. Andrea was super friendly and we got very valuable tips for our hikes. The sauna opposite in your sister's guesthouse is also stunning. Always happy to come back and Innervillgraten is a fantastic little place with 2 very nice village shops with regional products. Great concept!

Gerald is a very friendly host. The communication on site such as check-in is done by the nice cleaning lady Maria. The place is beautiful and just like the pictures. Also noteworthy is the private large sauna and the beautiful panoramic window in the living room. We would come back back.
