It's a nice homestay, room was clean, well kept and maintained. The host Mr. and Mrs. Kumar are simple, sweet and very welcoming to their guests. Recommended if you are looking for a room to stay in the city.

Kessang is a fantastic chef! Every meal was DELICIOUS and thoughtfully prepared. The millet soup especially stole my heart. An enthusiastic trekker, he also led me through the dense forests around the area, crossing villages consisting of a few houses and tranquil landscapes. He also arranged a driver for me to visit the historic Kabi-Lungchok and all the ancient monasteries in the area, and accompanied me there, telling me as much as he could about Lepcha history, Buddhist thangka’s and rituals. An extra thanks for the warm mugs of chhi after the long days. :D I highly recommend this old and cozy cottage to anyone who plans a trip to sikkim.

I recently visited Pranati Bed n Breakfast at Kalimpong, a charming hill station and was surprised and mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the majestic Kanchenjunga from the terrace. The property nestled amidst lush green lawns and with a delectable home cooked cuisine offered a serene escape. Each morning, of our stay we woke to the stunning panorama of the snow-capped Kanchenjunga, which seemed to change hues with the rising sun. Prashant was always available to extend an arm for any help we requested. The tranquil atmosphere and picturesque landscapes made the experience truly unforgettable.

Tried Airbnb for the first time. Stayed with my spouse and 7 months old baby. it was overall awesome experience and location was great with scenic beauty around. Leon was responsive all the time and helped us throughout the stay. At the end he gifted us a tibetan incense and a gamocha as a sign of hospitality and respect. will definitely visit to other properties as well.

One of the best Airbnbs that we have put up in (and our number is 25+ including quite a few in USA) ! Wonderful architecture (the wooden attics are wonderful), beautiful views, great layout, best of furniture / linen / kitchen set-up and including all amenities like the room heaters and a big functional TV with OTT connections - there was nothing that we could ask for more … not to miss out on a very friendly host with a highly responsive caretaker. We plan to come back, and unhesitatingly recommend to all !!

The Host kept an eye for all, that Guests might need. Stay at Leon's place was exceptional. He was very attentive to all our needs and people with whom he works that includes the drivers and others were all very polite, complaisant and always paid extra attention. We'd love to stay at his place when we visit again. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we can not thank Leon and his team enough for making our stay extraordinary. The homestay was on main road and we didn't found any difficulty while reaching the place.The place was very calm and peaceful. It had a good view from windows.The rooms and washroom were very spacious and clean.There was enough furniture in the room. Tashi was a great host and always reachable.He also arranged an experienced driver for our whole trip for gangtok and pelling.You can also ask him for Rinchen Bhai if you are looking for sight seeing. My family liked the place very much. So I would definitely recommend this place for everyone.

I recently stayed at Newa house and had a wonderful experience. Dhana Di was incredibly welcoming and ensured I felt right at home before we arrived at her place. The location of the homestay was perfect for me. It was in a quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved the attention to detail, from the fresh flowers on the spacious balcony - where we friends could have an excellent time together to cleanliness in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional cooperation and help from the host. We are grateful to the host for serving us hot, delicious, tasty food. The warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Gauthali Suite. A lovely little studio apartment for the two of us. It's exactly like the photos - everything is in pristine condition. Leon is a great guy and a very gracious & hands on host. The whole property is so well managed and aesthetically done. ✨ The location was quite apt for us too - silent, great for walks around and with some terrific eateries nearby. Two words to describe our stay? Smiles & solitude. 💙

Amazing apartments with cool furniture, I liked the style. The view is beyond stunning. The host and his family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are grocery stores within walking distance. Next to the stay, there's a restaurant which serves Tibetan cuisine. I definitely would stay again in the future!
