Apartment vacation rentals in East Peoria

We had a long term stay of a couple months to finish out Nursing clinicals in the local areas. The place was perfect for what we needed and the responsiveness was 5 star. We would recommend this for anyone who might need a short or longer term stay in the area for work or school.

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

Had a very comfortable stay - the apartment was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed and more, and the TV and WiFi worked seamlessly. The apartment is inside a building which is shared with others and a public garage entrance. If parking behind the building, you'll have to make your way through this space to get to the apartment.

the space was great for us and our 4legged family. enough space and great location for us while visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Our host was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The location was perfect—right next to the Bradley University campus and Campus Town, which was exactly what we needed for this visit. Everything was just a short walk away. If we come back to Peoria, we’d definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.
