The second bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people with a double bed for two people, and a single bed for one person. Only 80-miles from Manhattan, a 90-minute drive and close to the towns of Jamesport, Southold and Greenport, The Beach Cottage is the perfect summer escape. Stay on the property for swimming, paddle boarding, beach walks and BBQs or venture out to enjoy all the North Fork has to offer. Wine tasting at the French run winery Croteaux, lunch at the world class North Fork Table and Inn, shop at the many Organic Farms or explore the charming historic seaport village of Greenport, all short drives from the cottage. There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. This house is absolutely perfect. It's clean, charming, has everything you need. The beautiful back yard has plenty of space and good stuff for kids to play with. Also, it's about a 30 second walk to the beach... neighbors are out on their patch of beach but yours is yours to yourself. It's perfect. We cannot wait to come back.

We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!
