This gem is located an easy walk from everything you want to do in Greenport. And it’s right next to the library, which we also enjoyed! The space is comfortable and well equipped and we like to cook while away. Isabel leaves lovely touches around the place. I highly recommend!

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Chet’s home in Greenport. Perfect location, close enough to walk into town but also removed enough for privacy. Highly recommended!

What a special place this is! We appreciated the brief history of the house that Brian provided. It's a lovely place, distinctively and beautifully laid out and decorated. So nice to have a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped. The big bathtub is wonderful. And the location could not be better, walkable to everything Greenport has to offer. Which is so much! Great restaurants, bars, shops. I would love to stay in this charming, well located house again sometime. Brian is a terrific and very responsive host.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s. The unit is exactly as described, don’t be deterred by the adherence to the house, it’s completely private. It’s at a great location for north fork explorations and the amount of towels was outstanding!

Very nice setup for two couples, a baby, and a dog - could spread out with bedrooms and full bathrooms on each floor. Comfortable space with amenities you'd want while traveling with a dog and a baby (fenced in yard, laundry, etc). Very walkable to all the shops & restaurants in town, and easy drives to wineries & breweries. The only drawback was that it was close to a fire station and the sirens woke the baby from a nap.

This is my second time staying at, “The Nest” and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was just as I remembered and it was perfection. It’s so cozy and clean and has beautiful surroundings. Doree is a great host and I look forward to booking again. Thanks, Doree!
