Vacation rentals with a patio in East Malaysia

The apartment is still new and close to KPJ Hospital and the owner is fast response, everything is available, but unfortunately there is no detergent and there is only 1 toilet so it is a bit uncomfortable for many people. Highly recommended if you want one that is close to KPJ Hospital

Same in pics advert, this new corner unit is very clean with beautiful modern interior design, characterized by clean and simple color palettes. The living room is spacious, focusing on natural light with minimal ornamentation. Everything needed is provided, including a washing machine, cooking utensils, and a movie box for unlimited free movies on the big TV. My family loved the Aromatherapy, Air Freshener, and Essential Oil thoughtfully placed around the unit. The night view was magnificent, with vessels cruising the Sarawak River, and can see airplanes descending toward Kuching Airport at a far distance, and the city’s landmarks glowing in changing colors. Day or night, it’s easy to walk to nearby eateries for Laksa, Kolo Mee, and Kueh Chap or find a good restaurant for meals. Super convenient! The host was very friendly and provided two sets of access cards, making our stay even smoother. Next trip, we’ll stay here again!

host are so helpful and responsive, place are also perfectly described by them. clean, feel peaceful place and privately secure and safe with a nice sea view city of the place. definitely will coming back to this place next future. recomend for those who wanted to find a family suited private place whoever want to come sandakan.

responsive and host clean and spacious house just that is a bit far to town area if you choose to walk, but if you are driving, this will not be a problem for you.

The unit is spacious and the interior gives fancy and elegant vibes. Perfect for families (even with kids) since it’s not feeling stuffy at all. Overall satisfied.

The host and Gary are very warm, meticulous, responsive, responsive, the room is clean and tidy, the bed sheets and bath towels are very clean, the bathroom on the second floor is very good use, all the facilities in the room are fully equipped, suitable for large families to stay.In the rainy season, there will be some damp smells on the first floor, so you can think of a way to improve it.

It was a super place and my family and I had a very memorable 2 days.Everything including the views, the food, the drinks, and the service were so perfect and everyone of us loved it.Nor is a really great diving instructor, he knows so many snorkeling spots, and although it's not the first time for snorkeling, we reap a new wonderful experience here.Everyone sees the turtles as they wish, as well as a variety of beautiful fish and corals.It's worth mentioning that the food is fantastic, and every meal is delicious and abundant, and my family especially love Nor's well-cooked sea fish and blended lemonade.Also, it's not a pleasure to buy seafood here and the Ba Yao people.I very much like tiger and jiji, tiger relatives are calm, jiji is lively and cute, in such a nice environment, spending time with two small cute, also good memories of our trip.Finally, thank you to all the staff here for everything, they were friendly and attentive.Special thanks to Nor for the tuna meal (he heard that Chinese eat fish when they celebrate the New Year).Would recommend for all to come and experience it was definitely more than I could have imagined and a great value for money.Hope to be back again.

House is spacious, clean and tidy. Easy self check in and check out. Netflix is a bonus. Host is thoughtful for every corner of the house. Mother in law enjoyed her stay too. Will definitely return for our next stay at Sibu.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

Pros: 1. The location is great, imago mall is a 1-minute walk, the north gate and east gate are both a 1-minute walk away, there is also a dedicated location for taxi pick-up, the lobby has a sitting area, you can sit in the sitting area to take a taxi, wait for the car to arrive at the door, open the door and get in. 2. The room is clean and odor-free. The property staff clean the stairwell daily. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable to sleep on. 2 bathrooms are very convenient for a family traveling. 3. Located on the 9th floor, very quiet at night, no noise at all.The air conditioning is sufficient and the stay is very comfortable. 4. Induction cooker, bowls, chopsticks are provided. It is also convenient to cook your own meals.And there is a separate drying area. You can wash your clothes after coming back from the sea. There are many clothes hooks, about 20, enough for a family to use. 5. The owner replied very promptly. We communicated before check-in. If there are no guests on the day of departure, can I leave my luggage in the room? Because it's a night flight.The owner replied and to make our experience better, they closed the listing for the day we left to ensure that we could store our luggage for free.We can continue to travel during the day. 6. Because we knew it was raining locally, we specifically asked if umbrellas were provided. There were no umbrellas in the owner's room, but because we asked, they found 4 umbrellas for us to use. Very considerate. 7. The owner introduced that there is an open-air swimming pool and gym on the 6th floor, but our itinerary was very full, and we did not have time to experience it. Disadvantage 1: No sea view, the windows are all facing the park, but there are many green branches, and it is very beautiful. Disadvantage 2: There are very, very small ants in the room, so open food cannot be placed on the table, it must be placed in the refrigerator, but it is normal to have a lot of local ants, and it cannot be avoided.There were no cockroaches in this room, so we were very satisfied.The hygiene conditions are good. Give some suggestions to other guests checking in. China non-Malaysia red-eye flights arrive at 5am, you can book an extra day of accommodation, so you can check in by yourself at 6am, wash up and go out for a day trip, very convenient.And because we didn't check in on the first day and arrived in the morning, the Host gave us a discount on the first day's fee. Very considerate. Very satisfied.

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.
