A great place to stay in. The house is nice, we love it so much, it's very homey. the facilities, interiors are new. We enjoyed spending our time here. The host is also very fast respond. Thing that can be improved is the balcony, maybe the owner can put something like cover/shield maybe so when it rains, the water won't get inside the room. But overall it's a good place to stay in. Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place to stay. Just a walk to Central Park. Really fit with my need as I bring my 5 year son. So can easy go back to take a rest when he is tired. Neat and clean and all the information as describe on the list and picture. Sherly is good in response and give information fo what I need. Hope can stay here again next time ❤️❤️❤️

Responsive host, good room vibe

comfortable stay, place is quiet. we slept well at night. within 5 minute walk they have Aeon mall with various choices of food. Swimming pool with great view. family mart is at block B and it opens at 6am so u can get early breakfast.

stayed for 10 days. the place was neat, accurately represented by the pictures. Seiky was very accomodating to my early check in and late check out request, along with some other needs. this listing is best suited for a single or couple traveler as the second bedroom is furnished as a mixture of walk-in closet and study/work room in lieu of a bed, though a foldable mattress is provided.

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle.
