My recent stay at sam's apartment in central jakarta was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Community, spacious pool area where you can hang out, and apartment itself has everything you would need for longer stay. water filter and cookware, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen. Above All sam will provide anything additional you would request if possible .

I had a wonderful experience staying at Judicka's apartment. The location was excellent, especially for travelers flying between cities in Indonesia, as it's close to the domestic airport. Judicka was a fantastic host, always responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. She also provided great suggestions, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

We loved Adrian’s place. The neighbourhood is a typical Jakarta as far as I know (and I don’t know much). His place is a safe little haven to relax in when you’ve done your day. He supplied us with coffee and milk, bread and cheese. The basics were nice to have if we didn’t want to go out. Very very helpful with some problem I had with ordering a taxi. I’m felt like a pain in the butt, but he just kept offering help and solutions via WhatApp - much appreciated. Thanks Adrian!

Nice big bathroom with bidet, and big room. Good WiFi. Has AC. Safe area. Responsive host. Bring earplugs, the mosque plays Muslim praying songs at 4:00 am. Great location. Everyone is really nice. Close to malls and food, etc

There is a subway station "Setiabudi Astra" nearby. There are 2 convenience stores in the building, but be careful as they close at 10pm. There are over 20 coffee shops, food stalls in the building next door that you can go without getting wet in the rain, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal. But they also closed before 10pm. The lobby staff are very helpful. There's always water in the corner of the toilet. This cannot be repaired by the staff. It's okay if you use it carefully. The kitchen and dishes and cooking utensils were not dirty, but lacked a sense of cleanliness. I washed them all once before we using them. The hand towels in the bathroom were also darkened over time. (I know they are already after washing.) I would like to stay here again if I go to Jakarta.
