Great place to explore the Hamptons!

Ed was great at communicating, house was everything we could have asked for. Would definitely book again!

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Paula's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 7 adult females looking for a comfortable space to relax and unwind for an evening, and that's certainly what Paula's home provided. It was clean and cozy, and had a TON of sleeping space - everyone got their own bed (the pool house was an especially fun place to sleep!). While the main living space was pretty small, it was designed and laid out really well. Would definitely return - preferably in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool! This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful time! Lisa was incredibly proactive with all check-in and check-out instructions. The location was exactly what we wanted-- close to downtown and walkable to a beach. The rooms were great, and we loved the space downstairs for socializing. Everything was beautifully decorated and set the stage for a perfect weekend escape. We hope to be back soon!

This wonderful house appears to have undergone a quality major renovation and is very tastefully furnished. There is plenty of space on two floors for two couples that allows for privacy as well as common spaces. Greenport is a lively town with plenty of restaurants. The IGA grocery store is a few minutes' walk from the house. Favorite restaurants of ours were Little Creek Oysters just down the street, and Alpina. The Southhold FIsh Market and Greenport Wines & Spirits are also recommended. Staying at this house in Greenport, NY is a first-class experience.

We spent an amazing week at the house. It was clean, perfectly located, very comfortably equipped. The kitchen had all tools you can imagine, the living room and dining room were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms provided for excellent sleep and cozy relaxing moments. Honestly we didn’t know in which rooms to spend time together! Thank you! We will come back! Ruth and family

This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

We had a great stay. The house was warm and inviting. Very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room for the family. Very easy to get to and very close to downtown. I would highly recommend!!! Steve was very friendly and responsive to all our needs!

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We really loved this A-frame! The space is thoughtfully designed and it was very comfortable (special shout out to the swinging chair upstairs). Of course the view was magical as well and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for our time away from city life.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Nothing like waking up to a sunrise in bed. Perfect place for someone who loves the ocean. I couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or just some quiet time.

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

The house exceeded our expectations and worked perfectly with our group! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

Frank went out of his way to resolve an unpredictable issue caused by harsh weather, including driving hours in the middle of the night to assist. The house is beautiful and the place very peaceful.

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

House is perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Perfect location, beds are comfy, fireplace is cozy and host is very responsive and kind.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

This is a beautiful small house . . . a real architectural gem, with its sunken main floor living and bedrooms on the wings. The hot tub is right out the sliding door from the dining area and guest bedroom, so it's smoothly reached in all weather, and the back patio and yard are a lovely private space. You're just off the peninsula from Southampton but it is easy to go to town without getting on Route 27, so you get the Hamptons lifestyle without the insane prices. Great value for a couple, a small family, or two couples who are close-knit.
