Amazing! This rustic getaway exceeded all expectations. The two-cottage compound is beautifully updated yet retains its charming character. The landscaping creates a sense of privacy and relaxation in the serene Hither Hills, while the crashing surf sounds pure magic. Being just steps from the Atlantic is a dream come true. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and perfectly suited for a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and seaside charm. Five stars all the way!

This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

Eduard’s place was wonderful! 6 of us gathered for the new year and there was plenty of room for all of us and one pup. The hot tub was excellent, and the landscaping was beautiful. The surrounding area was quiet and lovely. The den was a great area to relax and play games in. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! We went for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect. It made me want to book again in the summer! I was initially worried about space, but everyone fit perfectly. Paula was very accessible and easy to work with:) 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time! Lisa was incredibly proactive with all check-in and check-out instructions. The location was exactly what we wanted-- close to downtown and walkable to a beach. The rooms were great, and we loved the space downstairs for socializing. Everything was beautifully decorated and set the stage for a perfect weekend escape. We hope to be back soon!

Thanks to Diego's beautiful home, I was able to enjoy an absolutely wonderful end-of-year and New Year experience. The house was impeccably clean, cozy, and convenient—truly a place that makes you want to return. Despite our group consisting of nine people, the space was spacious and comfortable for everyone. We spent an amazing week at the house. It was clean, perfectly located, very comfortably equipped. The kitchen had all tools you can imagine, the living room and dining room were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms provided for excellent sleep and cozy relaxing moments. This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Nothing like waking up to a sunrise in bed. Perfect place for someone who loves the ocean. I couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or just some quiet time.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this location! The house was just what we needed to sit back, relax and enjoy our weekend. Close proximity to town so we were able to walk into town to shop and visit some of the local restaurant's. Would definitely book again:)

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

Frank went out of his way to resolve an unpredictable issue caused by harsh weather, including driving hours in the middle of the night to assist. The house is beautiful and the place very peaceful.

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

House is perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Perfect location, beds are comfy, fireplace is cozy and host is very responsive and kind.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

This is a beautiful small house . . . a real architectural gem, with its sunken main floor living and bedrooms on the wings. The hot tub is right out the sliding door from the dining area and guest bedroom, so it's smoothly reached in all weather, and the back patio and yard are a lovely private space. You're just off the peninsula from Southampton but it is easy to go to town without getting on Route 27, so you get the Hamptons lifestyle without the insane prices. Great value for a couple, a small family, or two couples who are close-knit.
