Little haven on the sound! Cousy and inviting. We very much enjoyed our stay and the house had all amenities and more. It was just lovely!

Perfect little spot for a weekend of seclusion to work on papers. Watching the ducks on “brain breaks” was a perfect reset.

Extremely positive experience from the very beginning. Ashley was everything you want in a host. Her prompt and friendly communication was much appreciated. Top notch can be said!!! The house was GREAT!!! Well appointed, spacious, clean and greeted us with welcoming touches from the lighted Christmas tree to ornaments to decorate. The property was perfect for the grandkids and pets. The hot tub was especially enjoyed! Location is convenient and close to area attractions. B F Clyde Cider Mill, Dennison Homestead, Old Mystic Village and the Clinton Outlets. All this and more made our Thanksgiving week family vacation at the Grande Hideaway very memorable!!!

The house was perfect for our stay with our two dogs. We really appreciated that there was even a dog bed and two dog bowls in the cabinet. Everything we needed was supplied, including simple items like paper towels. The street is a little busy, and there is no shoulder for walking the dogs, but the Niederwerfer Sanctuary us only 2 minutes down the road and has nice trails and fields for dog walking. The back yard is also large and the dogs had a great time sniffing around. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of linens provided.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, organized and homey. Wonderful host and we can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you again!

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

Loved this house! We were staying in Mystic, CT for a work trip and were pulling early morning hours and late evening hours and this house provided everything we needed when we weren't at work. It was spacious, clean, and we could all spread out during any down time we had. It is also such a beautiful house with all of the woodwork, windows/light, and decor! Wendy was great in all of her communications and check-in/check-out could not have been any easier. We may be coming back to Mystic, CT in two years for another work trip and will be looking forward to booking this house again!

This place looked exactly like the pictures and even though there was someone in the house portion while we stayed there you could barely hear them. It was super clean and I loved the area lots to do within 5 minutes of the place. Super easy check in as well. If i’m ever back in the area I will make sure to check if this is available first!

Sheryl’s home was very clean and exactly as photographed/described. Good location with a short drive to many restaurants/the down town area. We stayed over the weekend and the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud at around 2-5am, so sound sensitive folks might have trouble sleeping. Otherwise, great place for the price!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Most of my family no longer lives in Connecticut. We gathered to celebrate my mother's 95th birthday. This lovely 2nd floor apartment was a short drive to my niece's home, which is also in Morris Cover. Love this neighbor. The apart was exactly as described. It's well appointed, the beds are very comfortable and it's immaculately clean. Will definitely return next time in in the area.

For my first time in New Haven, Jackie's place was perfect. I needed a place to stay for a conference and it was perfect for what I needed after an early morning flight. They were very responsive and helpful, and their space was clean, quiet and spacious.

The place was very clean and well decorated. Radim was very nice and came out to greet us a soon as we arrived. The bathroom was fully stocked with every amenity you would need. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the bathroom was stocked with new toothbrushes. The refrigerator was also stocked with a few snacks and water for us to use. There were also a variety of coffee and teas for us in the morning.I will definitely be back!

Shelley was very kind and communicative, getting in touch ahead of time with clear instructions and being very responsive to questions. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was green and lovely. Would stay again!

Erin’s place was wonderful - sparkling clean, well appointed and beautifully designed. She was a great communicator - checking in pre and post arrival so we knew what to expect and had everything we needed. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Norwich. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I had a great stay at Christina’s villa! Both she and her daughter were very responsive and accommodating. Villa was very clean and cozy and she went above and beyond with touches like a bottle of wine and snacks. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again. 👍

Krista's cute cozy villa was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with a girls weekend! The location was perfect, super close to casinos and the most delicious Peruvian restaurant recommended by our host. The Norwich Inn grounds were really pretty and the spa services were a perfect way to end the trip. I really appreciated how responsive Krista was and she even got me my preferred milk and left me a little treat for my birthday :) The bed was so cozy! I would definitely love to stay here again.

This was our second time at this Airbnb and it felt like coming back home. The little villa had everything we needed for our four week stay and was very well stocked. The host provided plenty of paper towels, TP, coffee, hangers, etc. The surroundings are beautiful and this year’s fall colors were truly spectacular. We spent quite some time walking through the very well maintained complex of the villas and picked up our fruits and vegetables next door (walking distance) at the farm store. The hot tub, sauna and heated pool, which are very close to the villa are an absolute plus. The host is absolutely delightful; very responsive and kind. We hope to return next year. Incredible stay at #19 The Bridge the whole 3rd floor with two comfy family inviting areas to hang out and enjoy, large tv in every space, 4 great bedrooms with new mattress so comfy, luggage holder and greeted with fresh towels in every bedroom and great sound machines, chargers and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Bathroom one with jet tub, shower and bidet, beautiful tile and clean! Kitchen had all the plates, glasses and utensils, pots and pans needed and an awesome coffee station we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and then enjoyed at the family table large enough for 10-people if needed and a high chair provided for our grand baby! Rooftop outside table was great for enjoying the gorgeous view of beautiful Old Colony Beach! Short block walk to private Old Colony Beach made for an amazing family vacation! We can’t wait to come back and make this an annual stay. Thank you Peter for making #19 our new vacation spot.

Excellent place big king bed memory foam mattress

Great spot, immediately adjacent to the spa which was, I cannot stress enough, excellent. It's close to the casino so there is automatically a variety of things to do just from that alone. The hot tub/gym setup in the clubhouse was cool-- or rather it was hot. It's not a very private place on the whole but we didn't feel particularly exposed or anything. There was an unexpected amount of flamingo related memorabilia which gave us a laugh, its fun. There are a lot of really cool lighting options in the room, you can make it have a really nice ambience after dark if you get creative.
