Vacation rentals with a patio in East Brisbane

Karen's home was such a treat.This was our first trip to Australia and Karen made it very pleasant.The home and bathroom was super clean and the beds was comfortable. There are a wide variety of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. There are also basic seasoning such as salt pepper and soy sauce. There is no ice maker, but there are ice trays. There are also ice packs in the freezer, which was a nice touch. Overall,we enjoyed our stay! Note to future people staying here from overseas: 1- I recommend downloading the Google doc before showing up to the Airbnb. The Google doc is 22mb and it took my 2G internet 15 minutes to download. 2- Bring a Australia adapter. The home does not have a universal plug. 3- If you intend to wash your clothes, go get laundry detergent. The home does not provide any. 4- The master bedroom tends to get musky since it's super humid in Brisbane and the water pools on the floor and doesn't dry very quickly. I recommend just using the outside bathroom.

Nadia's apartment has become my go to accommodation when visiting Brisbane for work or fun. Always spotless and well presented - with thoughtful, welcoming touches to make you feel like a valued guest. I'm always assured of a good night's sleep after a busy day. Nadia's apartment is in a great location if you're heading into the CBD - or across the river, and always a haven to return to. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and perfectly located. would highly recommend staying here for a city escape.

Jai's place was fantastic and felt like a true home away from home. The thoughtful extra touches made such a big difference, good quality linen and towels and Country Road tea towels (a personal fave)!. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, with everything you could need, including cooking oil, seasonings, cling wrap, and alfoil. Jai was also very accommodating and made arrangements for us to check in early. These small yet significant details made travelling with children so much easier. The location was great—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend. Thanks Jai :)

Exactly like the photos, studio apartment with kitchenette and full bathroom. Close to West End Village Precinct with lots of restaurants to choose from. Also close to South Bank with even more restaurants.

It is hard to find pet-friendly AirBNBs with a yard close to the city, so Kirstin’s place is great. We touched down there for almost a month when we first arrived in Brisbane. Location-wise, it’s excellent. It’s a 10 minute easy walk from all the amenities of Toowong — the shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, government service offices, etc. Public transport links are also excellent. The surrounds are quiet. The flat itself is comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, good room, and storage. The living dining area is generous and the kitchen very functional. The bathroom is very large and the toilet is separate. There is also a huge back deck and nice lawn and garden. All the services were fine - water was warm and pressure good, good internet, and TV. The place has a few quirks, and there is some clutter around the house and yard seemingly left over from long-previous occupants, but nothing that impacted our easy stay.

Wendy’s place was so peaceful completely clutter free. It had everything you needed in that space. She was proactive in responding to any questions. My partner and I felt right at home being here. We loved it and would definitely come back. Thank you Wendy we loved it 😀

My family and I, including our fur-babies, booked a last minute 2 night stay at Scott's place for a gig + medical appointments. Scott was really easy to communicate with and we found both the apartment and location as described and pictured. Check in information along with directions/local recommendations within the Airbnb app were clear and thorough. A really good value place to stay whilst exploring Brissie. Thanks for having us Scott, we're very grateful you allowed us to bring our dogs, Lauren + family from the Sunshine Coast

Instantly felt at home at Mila's place. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great pool area. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a few minutes drive/Uber. Check in instructions and house rules were very clear but relaxed. Almost felt like I was staying at a friend's place while they were gone. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in the area. The house has a lovely character to it, it was clean, tidy, and everything worked as needed. The pool especially was really nice on hot days. My hosts made me feel at home when I arrived, even helping me find some ingredients for my favourite dinner. As I was travelling for work, staying here felt like coming home. I had space to relax, cool air condition rooms, a kitchen just like home to cook what I wanted, and the most gorgeous view and sunsets at night! I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you were going to stay with family or friends. There’s lots of rooms to sleep and the views are amazing.

A bit pricey, but i think it worths the pay. Lauren is very responsive and helpful, the house is super duper clean and modern! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse over Christmas—it was the perfect fit for our group of four. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore Brisbane. Kay and Luke were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even being flexible with check-in and check-out times. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Brisbane. A fantastic experience all around!

This property is very good 2 minutes walk from the shopping centre and the bus stop is very convenient downstairs! The room decoration is particularly beautiful, the hygiene is very clean when checking in, and all the utensils I can think of are available, which makes my life here very convenient! Amy, the landlord, is very nice! Made my stay very good!

I had a fantastic stay at Alan’s place. The place was clean, making it very comfortable to relax in. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and Brisbane city centre and walkable distance to supermarket, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
