WE ARE ONE! We are happy to invite you to our hostel, where travelers and locals live together, share experiences, exchange culture and enjoy life. You will have your room with any essentials and your own bathroom. There is a kitchen which you can use and shared dining room. The hostel is located in Mianzini, Arusha. There are a lot of small local food places and shops around. The city centre is only 10 minutes walking, and there are many public transport in walking distance.

Jollyboys Backpackers - Twin Chalet Non-Ensuite

Zambia's original backpackers lodge - great for families, groups, volunteers, friends, travelers and the young at heart. Gorgeous pool, restaurant, self catering kitchen, free WiFi and free pick up from Livingstone Airport (advance notice required). Various other room types are available - single rooms, twin (2 bed) rooms or double bed rooms with shared bathroom or ensuite and dormitory beds, triple and quad rooms - please just email us and we can send through a quote.

A bright dormitory room is presented with two bunk beds featuring patterned mattresses. A spacious lower bed is covered with a vibrant green and floral sheet. Sunlight filters through the large window, casting a warm glow on the tiled floor.

Chalet - Eselbe Camp Nata.

Camping chalet and canoes! My place is very close to the Maun/Kasane/Francistown Junction so an ideal gateway to the makgadigadi salt pans or a stop over to break up the journey. The river in front of Us has water year round and the new canoes are a rewarding experience especially for keen birders. Nata is also famous for its amazing night skies!

One of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed at. Very clean and new with great artsy vibes. Activities almost every day of the week, which is great for socializing and meeting other travelers. There’s lots of activities in the area, though they are a fair bit overpriced compared to other cities we’ve stayed in. It’s a very touristy area, so that’s to be expected. The hostel itself though is a good value for the area, and the food and drinks are well priced and tasty. There’s also a really nice restaurant just a three or four minute walk away that’s affordable and delicious. We were able to make friends with locals and do some more affordable adventures that way, which is definitely my recommendation anyways if you want a genuine backpackers experience. Great vibes, super nice staff, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic hostel that caters for all types of stay from dorms to the air conditioned twin with an en-suite we stayed in. Kim always replied promptly to any queries we had. ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful and always smiling. Small kitchen area which was cleaned daily by the staff. Great bar which also provided a nice bar menu for breakfasts and dinners. On Thursday nights there is dinner provided for guests free of charge and fun games (beer pong organised) Would definitely recommend staying here and we for sure will be coming back. Thank you Jollyboy’s Team, you were all amazing. Love from Jules & Nathan (UK, Isle of Wight)
