Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Great apartment in the heart of Athens city. It was like photos. Great hospitality, lots of thinks to do, while many bars and restaurants are nearby Highly recommended

The place is lovely! The location is very good and finding parking is easy on the surrounding block (if not next to the house), the neighborhood is quite quiet. Access to the center of Petrograd is easy even after foot. The house was fully equipped, comfortable, spacious. The host's instructions were very informative without any further clarification needed for anything. On our next visit we would choose it again!

We liked the neighborhood as easy to walk anywhere. Grocery store and bakery a few steps away. Very comfortable beds and a Nicky stocked kitchen. Breakfast items a real plus. Every room was able to adjust air to their liking.

I don't have experience with AirBnB homes, it was my first time choosing it because of 3 kids, and I wanted homely comfort for me and them! Everything in the house was clean and comfortable!! Quite a large bathroom, spotless with nice cosmetics for the body, body soap and various others, a very nice bed with beautiful linens! it had several house cleaning products and food products ( coffee in abundance , toast, honey, portions , fruits in a variety plus the basic sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) Thanks for everything!!!

The villa was just wonderful!!The pool is huge and very clean.The house is in a very beautiful place and quiet I highly recommend the owner kind and very willing thank you for everything!!!😍

We spent 13 days in Khaled's house. First of all, Khaled is extremely friendly and will do our best to make your stay perfect. Available, friendly and attentive. The place is simply idyllic with an amazing view, a private pool and only for your use with very nice dimensions. The house is also very quiet in a green setting and overlooking the island of Eubée. A few minutes away you will find the many restaurants, supermarket and beaches of Nea Palatia, The interest of this house is also its proximity to Athens (45 km ) which makes it an interesting starting point to regularly go to Athens to visit the many archaeological sites (Acropolis, Gora, Plaka...). The house lends itself well to visiting the Delphi site. I recommend it for families!

Had an amazing short stay in this amazing villa with friends and family. The place is ideal for holidays. The pictures are very accurate. What I want to highlight that probably other reviews don't mention thoroughly is the attention to detail the hosts have. All places are well thought out and have spot-on amenities - for example, a bar next to the swimming pool, fridges in all the different places you might stay, two types of grills (gas/charcoal) - and even a telescope! I could see that Nikiforos and his wife, not only have good taste, but really think things through. I cannot recommend enough his place, and this couple - super friendly thoughtful, and helpful for everything. 5 stars hands down, and an amazing overall experience. The only downside was that we had to abruptly leave the place, due to wildfires in the area - as instructed by the authorities. :-(
