Vacation rentals in Dyer

Our extended family was in Martin for a UTM graduation and Warner's place was perfect. It is only a couple blocks from the quaint Martin downtown, with at least three wonderful restaurants and several shops. It is also very close to the campus. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well decorated. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a large meal for our group. Warner has all the right cookware and serving items. We loved having access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms so that everyone in our group had their own space. We were there in the winter, but this would be an excellent place to stay during spring or summer as there is a large backyard without door tables and chairs. Highly recommend.

Misty’s home has been our home away from home for all UTM functions for the past 4 1/2 years. She always makes our stay easy and the home and its location are convenient for our needs. We recently spent the weekend in Martin celebrating our son’s graduation from UTM. To make our celebratory dinner even more memorable, Misty suggested using her wedding china for our meal. Who does that??? Our son is returning to UTM to complete a MBA so it looks like another few semesters of wonderful weekends at Misty’s!

Cute comfortable cottage . Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and sectional sofa. Went above with extras from snacks and coffee to the toiletries in the bathroom, games and reading material. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We would definitely return!

This location is absolutely beautiful! It reminded me so much of my grandmother's home. It's full of antiques, and it has a large front porch with a swing and wicker furniture and a screened in back porch with a private back yard. It's just blocks from downtown, and there are restaurants that you can walk to nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and she has many things you can use in the kitchen to assist you with cooking if you so desire. The furniture is very comfortable, and I really felt at home. I will always have fond memories of my visit there.

This was our second stay, and we hope to be back again in the future! The updates to this home are well done and it has all the modern amenities you may need. We really appreciate the updated kitchen and open living areas. Bathrooms are also very nice! Super comfortable beds and furniture! The home was spotless! 5 stars, highly recommend.

Nikki was an amazing communicator and her place was perfect for our needs; clean, very quiet location and a well equipped home.

This place was awesome very clean and they did a great job having everything ready. It’s close to everything around the area. Just a great location.

This is by far the best place we have stayed when coming back to TN to visit family and friends. This little home is beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We brought what we needed with us but was very impressed that it was available. Beth was responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we plan to come back.
