We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

We had a great time, the house was very clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views, and a nice park across the street. It is a quick drive to downtown Salem, which was nice. We definitely recommend staying here!

This guesthouse and the surrounding area are beautiful, romantic, and peaceful to stay in. It was easy to check in and out and we would love to stay here again.

The Landing was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed during the quiet season and felt like we were the only ones around. The house is designed to maximize the view of the water from where ever you are. Our weather was rainy and cold but we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. Being able to bring our older dog was a plus. With clear instructions and everything we needed in the house, we did not have to reach out to John much, but when we did, he was prompt and helpful. We would definitely rent again!

The house was bright, clean, spacious, and warm, with a nice private backyard. Jason was very responsive and flexible.

This was the 4th time staying at this location. It's always been an amazing experience. super close to the beach, plenty of space, and great hosts. Would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. Beach is insanely beautiful and is an easy walk. Sparkling clean pool. Clean, safe, quiet, park right in front, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything including some spices. Can’t beat the screened in front porch and back deck. Denise is very responsive and communicative. She tended to a couple of minor issues immediately. We loved her recommendations.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

I had such a peaceful stay at Tony’s House. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone!!

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised we booked last minute and ended up finding this beautiful tiny home. They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we unintentionally got there earlier than we expected. My wife and two year old son had a blast and we look forward to coming back soon!

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

The house is very nice - wonderful view with the ocean right out from the windows, clean, good quality furnitures and accessories, simple but elegant decorations, peaceful neighborhood - things are worth what you are paying for. Lavonne was very responsive, provided clear instructions & local guides. The location is one house from the water btw, but the the higher rise it does not bother me. Really enjoyed the stay, and I'd book again if I ever come back to the area!

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

It was a lovely cozy space with a very comfortable bed and the greatest shower ever! The beach is a few yards walk thru the dunes and it’s gorgeous. Everything was easy and so well done. Kitchen nook really worked for making breakfast. Gwen made us feel happily at home.

We had a great week as a family in Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our family of five and provided a really nice home base each day. The beach was about a 5 minute walk straight down the road and the supplied beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We were able to pick up groceries from the local Stop & Shop on our way into Sandwich and cooked at the house multiple times which had plenty of cookware for our needs, including the outside grill. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again.
