The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Had a great time in this house! Everything was perfect, from booking to departure. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, making the organization very easy. The house is spotless, clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the services provided (Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc.) exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful and the pool was super refreshing on the hot summer days. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Also the VIEW!! Our host communicated everything we needed promptly and graciously. We would stay here again!

The accommodation is very good. The pool is bigger than it looks on the pictures. It has wi-fi internet that works very well! We received helpful information from the hosts and the response time to our questions was very quick. It's more than approved!

We were in December/24 in the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children 2/3 years old and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The floor of the room is very wide, allowing for integration with people who are in several communities. We hired Dona Rosana to support us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and kitchen very well. We found a very good cost-benefit ratio. Point that left to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it is a place of cold, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

The house is very complete and spacious, the view is amazing. It is possible to actually go with more than 10 people and all stay well accommodated in the 5 bedrooms and countless beds, I highly recommend.

Very good house, beautiful spaces and consistent with the photos. We were made to feel very welcome by Petrônio. The pool was clean, has a great shower outside the house, neat rooms, a full kitchen. We only think that it sinned a little in the cleaning inside the bathroom box that had a kind of "mud " in the drains where we took a bath that lacked attention, because it came out easy , and because of this only using one of the bathrooms and two other details of attention in the cleaning, but nothing that made the stay unfeasible or that did not resolve. I recommend it

My family and I spent wonderful times at João and Barbara's house. The house is very airy, the rooms very large and well ventilated, and a spectacular room to enjoy the familiar popcorn cine. The indoor kitchen for the outside left nothing to be desired, as it had everything we needed to cook and prepare that evening snack. The house is located on a street of extreme tranquility, five to 10 minutes walk to the main point of the neighborhood (Square with gymnastics, pizzeria, hamburgeries, snack bars, ice cream shops, as well as several trailer in a separate area in the square; pharmacy, pharmacy and the beautiful beach of itaipuaçu). João and Barbara were super attentive. My family loved staying at the house and we'll definitely be back as soon as other opportunities arise.

I want to keep it registered, that my stay was wonderful, the hosts welcomed us very well, super cozy, gave us tips from restaurants and establishments in general. In the residence all very clean, organized, I felt at home. The spectacular pool, always clean. An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very kind and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure to have met him.

My family and I love and recommend Marli's house! It was a short, weekend stay, but very enjoyable. The house is complete, all bed linen were well clean, as were the towels (and in large quantities). The house has all the necessary household items, as well as being very wide and comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were the high point, we took a lot of sunny days; great area for children, however, adult supervision is required due to the pool having no fence of protection and the stairs that give access to the gourmet area. The house's professional Karaoke device is a lot of fun. We really enjoyed it! The street is very pleasant, quiet, a very wooded area and very close to the center - by car a few minutes. In addition, the host was very attentive and helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Really good value. I look forward to hosting us at Marli's home soon again. It was a pleasure!
