Cottage vacation rentals in Dunkeld

This was our second visit to this wonderful property in Elie and we loved it just as much as the first. The view is mesmerising and the pictures don’t do the place justice. Great facilities - especially love the log burner. Fiona’s communication was excellent and we really appreciated the recommendation of the Bowhouse Christmas market. I can’t recommend this place enough - it’s well worth a visit! Thank you :)

Ainslie is a fantastic host, we cannot fault anything about this beautiful little cottage ‘the old dairy’ it’s an hidden gem and perfect for a couples getaway for some r&r. We could easily have stayed another night which we will on our next visit. We walked into the village ( best to only do this during daylight as it’s a bit of an uneven track) went back by car in the evening and had dinner at Kettlebridge Inn, food was delicious. Thank you Ainslie for looking after us, perfect from start to finish 😍

Superb! Super clean with all the amenities you could wish for. Plenty of room, lovely bedrooms and the location is superb for getting around. Stirling and Falkirk are only 10 and 15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully located cottage in Kinross. So close to pubs, shops, bakers and restaurants. Parking is at the end of the street, free and only 2 mins walk. The cottage is clean, well decorated and very cosy. Had everything I needed. The hot tub is fantastic, especially on a cold night. Close by Loch leven is stunning and close enough to walk too. All the locals are very friendly too, out walking their dogs or running the trails. Dawn thinks of everything, with instructions to help on everything in the house and responds very quickly to communication. There were treats on arriving which are a lovely touch. It's a great, peaceful place to stay.

A friend and I wanted to escape and relax for a night at the weekend. It was quite a last minute decision so I was glad that Laura's place was free as we really wanted to find somewhere nice with a hot tub that didn't cost an arm and a leg! Beautiful surroundings on a farm, it was very quiet (we visited during winter time) and despite it being next to her house it was very private. Very responsive and very helpful. Will definitely reccommend Laura's place and will remember it for a long time to come!

We had the absolute best weekend! It was the perfect location for weekend escape away from the city. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous interior, super comfortable beds, excellent amenities and so many little details that made us feel right at home. Absolutely fantastic! Had an amazing one night stay. The location is simply beautiful and so peaceful. Very helpful welcome book with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Beyond impressed with how friendly and welcoming Ali was to our family of three. She made sure we stayed warm and comfortable the entire time. The cottage it’s cozy, adorable, and on beautiful grounds with amazing views! Both surround villages were cute and easy to navigate. Perfect stay before we headed into Edinburgh for the 2nd half of our Scotland holiday!

beautiful cottage set in a lovely location in Moulin/Pitlochry. property was well laid out, lovely decor, and well presented. Whilst the garden is limited in size it's functional and in keeping with the cottage cozy feel. The open fire and heating were more than adequate to ensure the first chill of winter was held at bay, very cozy. Great walks from the property and pub/restaurant within a few steps, ideal will visit again, thanks Sharon

This cottage was a lovely stay for our few days in Dollar. Dollar is gorgeous and the cottage is almost at the base of the walk up to the castle. The whole area is beautiful. Antonia was really helpful and responsive, we had everything we needed in the cottage. Would highly recommend a stay here

Had a great stay at this warm, comfortable and immaculately presented cottage, perfect for exploring the East Neuk. Wish we could have stayed longer, hope to return.

We booked a 3 day break last minute as we were unsure if I would have to serve on jury. Rhona was responsive and so helpful. The cottage is a real home from home abd the bed is as comfortable as everyone says. Loved that it was so close to the beach, great for walking our dog. Hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay. Vicki was a warm and friendly host and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The cottage is in an absolutely beautiful setting, right next to the river. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The village of Drymen is close by and you can have a meal and get supplies from the Spar. Everything was spotlessly clean. The house was cosy and everything as described. Big bonus was meeting the chickens in the morning. They were so friendly, right wee characters and come right up to see you. Overall we had a lovely stay, we would definitely be happy recommend and hopefully visit again.

Cottage was lovely, peaceful and quiet. Fully enclosed garden for our dog. Pam came to say hello at check in and gave us some information for the local area. Messaged with dog walks for us. We never saw her until we were leaving and she came to check we had enjoyed our stay. Would recommend her place.

The Couthy Cottage was very cozy and we loved it! Super cute and had everything we needed. It was convenient to restaurants, pubs, shops, the train station, and the Blair Castle. Our host Kate was so friendly and drove us to the Highland Games so we wouldn’t have to drive/park. We highly recommend the Couthy Cottage!

We can’t recommend this property enough! Beautiful place with two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. Gorgeous living space with a cosy living room with log burner, a well equipped kitchen which was very clean and a dining table and chairs. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk into town where there’s a supermarket and lots of gorgeous cafes and restaurants. We ate in mostly as it was such a nice space to stay in! Lovely walks nearby and a nice park for our wee one too. Karen and Andreas were so friendly, welcoming and excellent at communicating. There was homemade shortbread, milk, tea, coffee on arrival and home made scones and jam on departure. What more can you ask for?! The little touches were wonderful and made us feel right at home. We hope to visit again!

Great house in a beautiful setting. The house has loads of space and provided everything we needed. The hills behind are just beautiful, and full of walks through glens and up hills. Stirling and Falkirk are both within easy access and even the Trossachs are an easy drive away. Highly recommended.

Loved our mini break at croftend cottage. The property was very clean and lovely and warm when we arrived on a chilly evening. Well equipped kitchen, spacious property with lovely bedrooms. Excellent remote rural location. Met upon arrival by a friendly member of staff from the estate who was at hand to help throughout our short stay.

What an amazing place for a family of four! We used Cor’s place as base camp for multiple day trips. The town of Dunkeld nearby was heaven sent for early breakfast! I have to admit the driving at night anywhere in Scotland can be bit scary as their limited light but it was safe and people are very courteous. Loved this home and in the case we come back - it’s where I’ll take the family back!

What a little haven of history and beauty to see and to listen to. We were on a work visit but found the cottage and surroundings so peaceful, honestly what a tonic , freshest of air , water , views, lovely neighbours who feel the same . We had a lovely three day stay in this very cute, comfortable and cosy cottage. It has a beautiful location and is well located for exploring Fife. The cottage is very well equipped and they even provided delicious fresh bread. Many thanks.
